The area is beautiful, we have come to Mammoth for many years. We have never stayed at Snowcreek. In the past all the condos we have stayed at were very well maintained and any problems we had were addressed while we were there. We were mislead, first of all we did not find this place at 517 was very clean. Many things broken, such as back patio lights were shattered all over the patio, bird droppings also, lamps and light switches not working and the lamps in the bedrooms were dangerous to use could cause a fire. The clothes dryer was not working the whole time we were there and the lint screen was full and had a buildup of lint and dirt under it and could cause a fire. The shower door in one of the bedrooms upstairs was off its track and could have fallen on someone so we did not use it. Sinks in the bathrooms seem to be stopped up and draining slow also in one of the upstairs bathrooms has a smell of mold. We did inform the office of all these problems when we first noticed them, we were told it would be taken care of. It didn't happen. We understood that we also could get a discount because we have used this agency before to book with and that didn't happen. We were disappointed to find this place in...

Our first time at the Village. We managed to hit the 1st snow storm of the season. Because of the snow, we appreciated the underground parking. Check in was fast and friendly. We got the 1 bedroom condo. Room was clean and had most the necessities you would need. We had room 2228 that faces the courtyard so noise wasn't a problem. We love the convenience that the location offers. The internet was public and sufficiently fast but there wasn't that many people here during our stay. The only downside that I saw was that the whole 4 stories wing only had 2 elevators and 1 door to enter/exit the wing. You can't use the stairs. I can imagine trying to get the elevator during peak checkout time would be a nightmare. Also the 1 door that allows entry didn't work during 1 morning and if you're on the outside, there's no handle so you can't manually open the door. I had to wait for someone exiting to gain entry. Fast checkout is by dialing 0 on your room phone. There's no checkout using your tv like some hotels. Overall we enjoyed our stay...

Outdated, uncomfortable and overpriced. We booked a two-bedroom villa for three nights after considering multiple places for our late spring ski trip first time in Mammoth. The mattresses and pillows are extremely cheap and uncomfortable (not the best combo after or before a long day of skiing), you can easily find the same beds at motel 6. The entire unit was outdated and cheap looking. It truly felt like an old hotel by the road somewhere else. The staff (including manager) were unpleasant. We tried 3 restaurants in the village and they all lacked quality along with overpriced menus. We love Mammoth, but won't be staying or suggesting this place again. There are many other options around town for the same price with much better quality. A few locals were sorry after finding out about our choice of lodging. I expressed my disappointment to management and they said "The owners are responsible for the units, we can't control that". Definitely staying somewhere...
