I bought a cross pendant with the tiniest diamond in the middle that I planned to wear because my mother passed and when I was a child she gave me a golden cross necklass. It cost about $430. I assumed they would give me a chain with it so I could actually wear it but they said it ONLY came with the pendant. They did not let me know this when I ordered this in person with them... Only when I showed up to pick up the order and asked about it did I find out and I then asked to check their chains out. The man showed me a $400 thin chain that looked cheap AF! I saw some of the price tags on majority of the chains shown and they were hundreds of dollars which made no sense to me... Maybe I do not know jewerly prices (although I own many diamond, tanzanite, pearl, etc. pieces), but I felt like I completely got scammed. In the end did not buy a chain so as of right now, I cannot even wear the pendant I bought in honor of my late mother and from the real size picture they gave me of my cross beforehand, maybe my memory is off, but it looks smaller than expected... Lastly, also upset because the pendant itself looked dirty and covered in oil or something when it was supposed to be brand new and something they made me my request... So I am a bit confused what happened and disappointed. I do not think I will...

I had a bracelet that I inherited from my dad when he passed away and I wanted to have my dad’s last name engraved on the bracelet. I’m so glad I stopped at Diamond Concepts at Manassas Mall. The store Manger Lotfy did an amazing job with engraving my dad’s name on the bracelet. He even polished it for me free of charge. Because he did such a great job I also had him fix the Hawaiian bracelet that would not fit me anymore. I asked if he could cut it and make it into a cuff bracelet and he did a wonderful job without ruining the design. He did such an amazing job!!!
