SNIPES — Local services in Manassas

Went to exchange an item l bought, and was issued a credit for the difference on paper (receipt). When I went back a week later (the supervisor despite seeing the credit on the computer said l can not use that credit). Not only was I denied the option of using my credit, When I called customer service I got the run around more than once being told the “regional” would reach out to me to correct the issue and that was weeks ago!!! Clearly they are thief trying give u hard time and at the same time already got your money!! There is no good customer service! Worst store of all!! Will...

There was no employees to assist any of the customers!!! There were only 2 employees working at the counter 1 long line for people purchasing items and another long line for customers requesting shoes. I wasted 25 mins in there waiting to get a pair of sneakers in my size and the line didn't budge so I left with nothing and went to the Nike store where I was helped with my purchase! I definitely will not be returning to this Snipes location, they need to hire more staff and hopefully retain...

Horrible manager and employees here. Wanted to make a simple return and they declined because the soles of the shoes were apparently “dirty”. They were only tried on once and I was returning them because I got the wrong size, but the employees made it impossible and are forcing me to ship them back instead (and pay shipping costs).
