Ashley Snider at Kays Jewelers in Manassas, Virginia, truly stands out for her exceptional service and expertise. Her warm and attentive demeanor made my experience so much easier, as she took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my wedding ring, which was sent in for its routine cleaning and inspection. When an unexpected issue arose that was out of Kay’s control, Ashley promptly took charge, keeping me informed every step of the way. Her unwavering commitment to my satisfaction was strongly evident, and her extensive knowledge of jewelry care ensured that my ring was returned in pristine condition! Although I initially struggled to remain calm due to my concerns (which I apologized for!), Ashley showed me compassion and understanding, especially considering the sentimental value of my ring. Her compassion and understanding helped alleviate my worries and her dedication to customer happiness is remarkable. She took the time to address my concerns step by step, providing me with the reassurance I needed during a moment that could have been even more stressful. Since then, I have returned regularly for cleaning and inspection and I breath a sigh of relief knowing Ashely is there when I drop it off. I wholeheartedly recommend Ashley to anyone in search of quality jewelry and personalized service.
I sincerely hope that Kays management, from the local level in the DMV to Akron, Ohio, recognizes the invaluable asset Ashley is to their team. Her exceptional care and commitment to her customers have left a lasting impression. I will always be grateful to her, and every time I see my ring sparkle, I am reminded of her extraordinary efforts in making it shine. Thank you, Ashley, and thank you, Kays Manassas, for providing such...
Read moreI like Kay Jewelers, but they need a check in or number system for waiting customers. It has been my experience in every store (in multiple states) that people stand around waiting, and the salespeople are supposed to somehow keep track of who arrived first. Yesterday we waited 45 min to be helped. We were the only waiting customers besides the ones currently being helped, yet somehow all the ones coming in after us got helped first. One clerk even walked up to us then proceeded to walk to another couple and help them instead (who also arrived after us). Finally my husband approached a salesperson and told them we had been waiting far longer than anyone else to finally get us some assistance. This could have all been prevented by simply having a check in system or even a very basic number one in place. Expecting the reps who are busy with other customers to keep track is ineffective, inefficient and quite honestly infuriating to those waiting.
If I had been a new customer yesterday, I would’ve absolutely taken my business elsewhere. Instead, I’m an existing one who has purchased several things from Kay yet couldn’t get the...
Read moreI went to Kay's in the Manassas Mall in early November to purchase a diamond (which is my birthstone). I paid $3300 cash for it. The ring they gave me to were as a temporary loaner is white gold, which is not my color. they are making my ring yellow gold which is the color of all my jewelry. I call every other week to find out what the status is on the rig being made. I get the run-a-round. I'm always told someone will call me back. No one ever does. I've called and asked for the Manager and I'm always told he's with a client and he will call me back. By the way, the 3rd week I went into the store and the Manager could not ever remember my name. Now, ask yourself, how many people use cash anymore? This is the worst company I've ever done business with, Customer service is lousy. Save yourself the time and trouble and go elsewhere. I still have not received a phone call back from the Manager as of yet and don't think I will. If I don't have my ring by Christmas, because it is a Christmas present from "me-2 me". I will ask for my CASH back!. Service is terrible!!! Go...
