It was ok. I really wanted to like it but just didn't. There's lots of flavors to choose from so I asked if I could choose two and split it. I was told no. I asked to sample flavors. I was told thats not an option. I chose the Galbi flavor. I didn't open my food until I got home. There was a huge amount of chicken which is good but made me wonder why they didnt let me split the flavors. I ate two pieces and sadly realized that I didn't like the flavor. That's a lot of chicken to eat if you don't like it. I gave it to a family member instead. I paid $20 for chicken and fries and still had to find something else to eat. Most chicken places let you choose multiple flavors. I may have had better luck with a second choice and not waste my money. I'm not likely to come back to try another flavor. Also how am I expected to try over 10 flavors if I can't get multiple options? Everything is expensive now. I don't want to waste my...

Came here on a Saturday PM specifically to try the chicken. It was quiet with plenty of seating available. It’s located at a corner and was a little noisy during a popular afternoon at the mall.

Signs on the wall show the sauces. We read the descriptions online so knew what we wanted. If you sign up for the app they give you 7k points, which is enough for a free side of rice ($2) via their rewards program.

They have canned sodas (1.75) and bottled water (2).

We waited 18 minutes. Our food was definitely fresh, hot, juicy, and tasted great. The sauce is a little bit thinner than the other well known Korean Fried Chicken chain, but there was some extra at the bottom. The cole slaw was also good.

While I don’t think it’s 100% fair to write this review, I’d like to warn people with allergies.

I decided to try their lunch special which was a great deal but I had placed an order prior to reading their allergen chart. I asked the lady to not put any sauce but she told me that even without it, it may contain. She was nice enough to give me a refund but they had already started so I took it in hopes of giving it to someone else.

Every item on the menu looks to have or cross contaminated with some type of nuts so if you have any of those allergies, I don’t know how one would feel comfortable consuming.
