Brought a good 60 articles of new clothing and they only accepted 3. I'd be fine if the 3 they accepted weren't lower quality than the rest of the items in my basket. Whoever sorted my clothes threw them back in the basket without a care. They came back to me wrinkled, disorganized, and unfolded. I spent a good hour organizing, ironing, and folding those clothes, per their "requirements." They spent all day (5+ hours) sorting through my items and didn't have the courtesy to put them back the way they were. Plain disrespectful. I spoke to a manager, Sarah, and she refused to take any ownership of what had happened to my clothing. Instead she blamed it on her colleague and how busy they were. When asking for her name she was disrespectful and tried to argue with me, as if I didn't have the right to know what manager I was speaking to. It was clear the staff are not properly trained in handling customer complaints, as she handled the situation extremely poorly. They gave me $15 for what I had, which is reasonable based off of their pricing. However, a lot of items in my basket fell under their list of what they look for. Less than 2 years old, in good condition, and in style. Those items were overlooked and they didn't care what I had to say about it. Disrespectful management and a complete disregard for my...
Read moreOwner is RACIST!!! She doesn’t like African Americans or Hispanics. Constantly assumes we are stealing just because of our skin color. Owner is an old lady with a creepy smile who makes you feel unwelcomed. I’ve been to this store many times and I’m constantly worried for my safety. A man has stepped on a thumb nail in front of me and some of the fitting rooms smell like gas, along with smelling like gas the doors don’t lock, which is obviously unsafe! Most of the customers who come to this store are Hispanic and some times they don’t speak English the owner along with some of the employees treat them like less. I do not recomend coming here, it’s a very unwelcoming store that discriminates and doesn’t treat all Customers equally. The clothes is horrible I have found many stains, ripped items, highly over priced items and sadly enough items with blood on them! Which is another unsafe thing for us customers!! The main priority of the store owner should be her customers and from my visits to her store it seems like she could care less about us and cares way to much about the money. THE CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS COME FIRST. If I could give this place zero stars I would, they don’t even deserve one star. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME...
Read moreHonestly, don't waste your gas. I brought in several bins, sorted and folded to make it easy. They said many of the clothes were not the style they were looking for, they didn't even open or look through them. Almost everything in there was basically brand new, mostly forever 21, stitch fix, 7seven jeans, lucky brand. Better then Anything I saw on the rack, and perfectly within their age range. They took a target sweatshirt and one other item from the top of one of the bins and gave me 5 bucks when I returned. The (probably) 16 year old named a long list of reasons why they didn't take much (including some items being stained or torn - which is a joke bc I spent time ensuring only condition clothes in there were still in perfect condition), but I could tell most of it was exactly how I had laid it in there so they clearly did not look through anything. At least the Fairfax location had the decency of telling me they were short staffed and weren't accepting bc they simply wouldn't have time to go through them. Clearly Manassas is the same but still wants to make some sort of #s so they tell you to bring it in, have you wait hours for them to 'look through it' just...
