It's hard to imagine the other two past reviewers are talking about the same place. Every interaction we have had with Nina and her talented staff has been OUTSTANDING! We first came upon Nina Jewelry by chance since my engagement ring was too big and we needed a temporary solution while on vacation in Vermont in 2012. We were greeted warmly immediately. They understood our problem and gave us a little piece of plastic tubing that was perfect for keeping the ring snug on my hand. They didn't even charge us for it! The next year, we returned to Vermont a few weeks before our wedding and had had such poor luck finding a quality jeweler at reasonable prices in Boston that we decided to come back to Nina Jewelry. They took such good care of us! Their service, quality and prices are unbelievable. They did an amazing job with my wedding ring, my husband-to-be's wedding ring (a pretty complicated job they did even better than we had hoped for) and a pair of lovely earrings they customized for me--so many choices of settings and backs! They even engraved my engagement ring on the house! They were meticulous about recording every detail we asked for and delivered to the letter (and beyond!). When they shipped us back our custom jewelry, they included a thoughtful and warm hand-written note--such a kind touch! We are so happy we went back and hope to see them again next time we visit!
