P&F Appliance — Local services in Manchester

Extremely accommodating! We special ordered and paid for a dishwasher that they did not have in stock. Our existing dishwasher had stopped working. By the time it came in, our dishwasher started working again. We called to see if we could cancel, willing to be told no or, at least pay a cancellation fee. They told us not to worry about it, and they would hold it for a month or so, in case ours gave out again. It did and then we needed a new one in time for Thanksgiving. Installations were booked until after Thanksgiving, but they managed to fit us in somehow and did the installation the day before Thanksgiving, in time to save the day. Talk about...

Everyone at P & F appliance pulled together a perfect appliance package for our new kitchen reno and worked with our (also, wonderful) kitchen designer to make sure that all components would work in our small space. We had to make changes with the final order, but they were educated changes and not on-the-job oopsies all because they do their homework. Even had a problematic dishwasher which they promptly rectified. Dealing with a local vendor really paid off, I will give them business time and again. Thank you, Bill, Christie, Shania, Ernie and Brad, the few people I dealt with directly and to all the others...

So frustrating. Tech came out for service call and was helpful, friendly, & efficient. Unfortunately, dealing with staff in the store has been the opposite experience. They were happy to charge my credit card (not in a timely manner, btw) but can't seem to handle a simple request to send an invoice or receipt for the amount I was charged. I specifically explained when making the appointment that I need this to submit to the manufacturer. Calls to the store are never answered, and messages left are followed up only by a text (really??) saying we'll work on it but nothing gets done. Not exactly my idea of...
