Met a deceptive agent there! Although he did give us all the equipments for setting up the Internet at home. So overall two star, just for this store.
I unfortunately didn’t get the guy’s name, but we came there on a Saturday afternoon and an agent offered to help us setting up the Internet.
Now, I was already in the process of opening an account online, which gave a $50 dollar credit for new customers. But the agent said he could give us back the $50 as credit too, and insisted, I meant insisted, in helping us there on his workstation. He even took a photo of my screen showing the promotion.
Also, we got a free phone line with the Internet plan. We told the agent multiple times we would like the “unlimited” plan which was free, instead of the “unlimited plus” one which was like an extra $10-15 a month.
Two weeks later, I checked my statement. No $50 credit, and I got charged with the unlimited plus phone plan.
All the other Spectrum agents I talked to online and over the phone have been super helpful and patient. The extra charges honestly are not that much either.

There was only one other person in the store and they still made me sign in and wait..
Upon returning my equipment, I asked for the receipt. The man who helped me said, "you will get one in an email within 24 hours" That was Monday, today is Thursday and I never received the email..
I searched thoroughly and NO, it was not in my junk mail. I never got it.. So then I had to go and spend another 20 minutes on hold listening to prompts and pushing buttons to get to an actual person to tell them what happened..
Upon speaking with the representative, I discovered that the equipment was not taken off of my account...
Now I want to call the actual store, but no matter which store it is they're going to send you to the customer service so you can start that circus all over again..
So now I'm screwed and have to spend time trying to find a way to fix this...
If you're returning equipment, don't let them tell you they're going to send you an email demand one in your hand so you don't end up like me..
