We have eaten here quite a few times. This time, the restaurant was pretty full. We were seated with 2 other families,which is fine with us. It is typical for this type of restaurant to fill the seats before they start the meal preparation. My wife and I were a little disappointed in the quality of food and the quality of the "show." However, we will give them another chance to impress us since our other experiences were much better. Maybe our cook was new or just having a bad day. That happens to the best of us at our jobs, so we will cut them a break also. Our cook did a lot of banging on the grill, spun the egg, spun his spatula on his finger, and tried the onion volcano gig (that didn't work out for him). However, he cooked my NY Strip to perfection. My wife's salmon was dry and had a hint of "stale refrigerator" flavor to it. Some of my vegetables had that same "stale refrigerator " flavor also. The fried rice did have a lot of flavor. He didn't have any other additives except for the egg and some soy sauce. I had to add my own salt and pepper and a little of their Yumyum sause to give it flavor. Oh, i almost forgot, he added 3 slices of his 4 slice medium onion volcano to the 9 servings of fried rice. And the rice was basically white rice when he put it on our plates. However, the portions were generous. It was still a nice experience because of the other cook at the table next to us - he put on a great show and really engaged his customers. I hope that this was just a newbie, learning to prefect his trade to his personality. otherwise, he should stay in the kitchen and prep the food for his fellow chefs. The stores here are great, but the actual shopping complex is poorly designed. Whoever designed the parking lot ought to design one last thing - their retirement. The angled spaces are cute on paper and in 3D designs, but not practical in real life. The angled spaces actually increase the likelihood of a collision because everyone is forced to back out instead of back in to...
