My experience with US Cellular in Manitowoc has been HORRIBLE. I've been to that store 4 times in the last 2 months. Every time I had to wait in excess of 30 minutes and never even got a "hello". And always left without getting service. The second last time I walked in the girl Said "I'll be right with you". As I waited 25 minutes She took someone before me. I asked and she said "well you needed to sign in". Being I was told "be right with you" I assumed I was next. Nothing mentioned of signing in at the time. After another 20 minutes a total of 45 minutes of standing and waiting I left. NOW yesterday Friday the 1ST of Nov. I walked in and signed the book. After standing for nearly 45 minutes I heard the younger girl say loudly " well we should take lunch now." I figured well they were busy and needed a break. I totally understand. I would continue to wait. But as a handsome young man walks in and I hear her say." HI! welcome how can I help you." Oh I can help you with that!" I looked and said "your helping him?" She said "yes". I said what happened to the book sign in? She said,"I never seen you". I said really?! after 45 minutes of walking around here you didn't see me?! And what about THE SIGN IN BOOK??!!! WHAT a JOKE!! This is the worse managed store I have ever seen. And to try to talk to someone in authority is impossible. I went to the Two Rivers store and was immediately greeted with a hello. Although I had to wait I was made eye contact with. Smiled at and even offered a bottle of water as I waited. And once waited on The sales person was pleasant and quite helpful. Read moreWorst cell service I've ever had. 190$ per month 2 lines that work 30% of the time on a good day. Us cellular always seems to find an excuse to blame the customer for there non existing service. Brand new phone still no service,at time absolutely no service for days due to technical issues. Missed calls and business. Days with not 1 bar or any service at all even when moving city to city. This company is literally a scam.so they bill you for everything when providing absolutely no service for entire days. This is by far the worst most over priced service I've ever had in 25+ years of paying cellular bills. It would literally be impossible to do worse than us cellular. I would strongly advise going anywhere else. It doesn't surprise me this scam of a company is for sale either. I buy my high end devices for cash outright aswell so it's not like I've never had a low end model. Nothing is free on there "free" phones either. Read that fine print because there free is a scam aswell. 10 years ago they provided a fairly decent service,now there worse than any competition more expensive and by far worse coverage. They love to stick it to there long time customers aswell. 200$ a month for missed dropped calls is insane. You know it's bad when you have to have a straight talk phone aswell so people can actually reach you. I would literally go anywhere else,as you couldn't do worse. And I typically only leave positive reviews but with us cellular I can't find a single positive point anymore. That's a bunch of b.s. second your phone coverage in the last 3yrs has been going down hill more and more every yr. I've wasted hours listening to your lip service and nothing ever gets done.
