Usually I don’t write reviews for places because I don’t want to be trouble. But I had a scheduled delivery today 2/8/20 between 2-4pm. Very nice delivery guys. I ordered a queen size bedroom set and they bought the pieces for a king size bedroom set. That annoyed me because why aren’t you prepared and why isn’t anybody checking to make sure the right pieces got on the truck??? Than I had to call and reschedule my appointment and now I have to wait additional days to get my bed up because I have to work around their schedule when they bought the wrong pieces. It’s not my fault and something needs to be done or I’m calling corporate. Also the guy who answered the phone at the store was not helpful at all and it makes me so upset. When buying my washer and dryer set from them, I told them that I was disabled and on social security and only get paid once a month. They "claimed" they put it on my account, but i continue to get phone calls and threats to repo my set. I told them several times that I try to pay at least once a month. My bill started at over $4,000, and now it's down to under $1,000 in a little over a year. I am paying what I can when I can, and still get harassed by Mike, Troy, and Jacob (Mankato store) DAILY!! I have gone with home choice before and was very happy with it. I just ordered new furniture before moving into my new place. I went in last week to give them my new address and they said they would change everything so it would be delivered to our new place. We were told they would be here between 1-3 today my husband waited around all day for them and no one came. They delivered to our old address because they never changed it in the system. It's been almost 3 hours after they told us they would be here and are still not here. They just left our furniture with people that currently live in our old place.
