This place does not care about customer service or how to treat a loyal customer. I’ve spent $100s actually $1000s just to be overcharged TWO days in a row. Saturday I went there and bought 20 of the same product (I do this OFTEN) and because I go there so often they said they would give me 20% off every time I go there because I go there so often. I thought that was just for me because of that reason. Go to find out they give EVERYONE that discount who buys what I buy. Yesterday I got 20 of them and we went to the register and I put in my phone number and I had a reward of $20 off and he wouldn’t allow me to use my $20.00 I EARNED off of my purchase (this is day one of being over charged) I’ve used $20.00 off when they gave me 20% before so I know it can be done! I EARNED THAT REWARD! So I paid and then called that night and wanted to speak with the manager, to let them know how unprofessional of them too not let me use my $20.00 off that purchase ( unfortunately the same guy answered who checked me out. ) he told me he will have the owner call me and he’s sorry. Then yesterday I thought it was a fluke so I went in there again. The same guy was there and he said he talked with the owner and I was indeed allowed to use the discount AND THE rewards in the same transaction. COOL! I’m just going to get 4 packages of them for $6.99 because I want to use the $20 reward I wasn’t able to use the day prior. because it was 4/20 they were giving a 25% too every customer. But when I get to the register he said my total is $6.50 (I wish I questioned him the total because it seems high. I pay and goto my car too do math. 6.99x4= $27.96+2.48 tax = $30.44 25% off of 30.44 is $22.83 - $20.00 should be $2.48! I should have only paid $2.48 instead of $6.50 he charged! Hehhhttt How did he even come up with $6.50 in the first place? They are charging customers whatever they want! Don’t advertise a DEAL AND NOT HONOR IT! That’s false advertising! I explained the math to the cashier and he finally understood after I showed him what I was SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED and he refunded my $6.50. He wanted to refund my entire order but then I would have lost my $20.00 so why would I want to return everything? I wanted to be charged CORRECTLY! After he argued with me for 10’mins he wanted me to pay the $2.48 I told him for all of this inconvenience he shouldn’t make me pay for a thing. . He told me he absolutely can not do that! He told me “I can’t do that ma’am” I asked if he’s really going to loose a loyal customer over $2.48 and he said YES!!! I left and I will NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SMOKE SHOP AGAIN AND GOING TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THEY DONT HONOR THE SALE PRICES THEY ADVERTISE! I expect the manager/owner to reach out to immediately and make this right let’s see if they actually care about their customers. I mea there’s about 20 more smoke shops in the area so it’s not a big deal for me, I’ll just go spend my 1000s at the other smoke shops, I’m sure they’ll appreciate it unlike this tobacco shop...
Read more1 star is to much. Bad service this morning. The store doesn't carry American currency in change for paying customers. So when the bill was 42.41 The kid fought me on how it's the company's problem not mine they the till doesn't have change. So instead of doing a.solid and hyst making it a dollar for the.customer the kept the change they did not have and I was out 60 cents. I'll never shop their again and I loved it here...
