First off I went to the store today with my sister. We both were there to see if the wristlet I wanted was in the store and I wasnāt expecting it to be there. We walked in there and we were the only people in there which it was about 11am so thatās fine right? Well, the ENTIRE time we were in there, we were being watched by hawks and I thought it was just me getting that vibe because I worked at buckle 3 years and I know things others may miss. Anyways she said she felt the same when we left to another store. We were in there less than 10 minutes because it was so bad. There were like 5 people working there that all had their eyes on us like we were stealing and we donāt look like we would and maybe our outfits werenāt ālululemonā or something but we looked put together. I was so uncomfortable and humiliated just being in this store. Never have I ever had such a bad experience personally in a store. Like really? I even went to a new store and we were talking with a manager and we said that we went to lululemon first and what was happening and she said that she would never expected them to do that to us. Iām greatly greatly greatly disappointed in this location and I think manager needs to reevaluate his or her actions as well as the people they hire because this is so disgusting. My sister and I donāt see each other very often and hang out very much anymore because we live so apart from each other and this was one of those days that we got to see and spend time with each other and so long and we couldnāt even enjoy ourselves. I donāt plan to come to this location anymore unless things are reevaluated because no one should have to put up with this.
As someone who worked in retail probably way longer than all of the people in there, I probably wouldāve fired them or written them up. This is disgusting.
The store does a poor job of answering the phone during hours that arenāt busy. Every time I have tried to call this place they never have time to pick up the phone. Hire more people if customer service...

After scanning my card, I noticed the total was much higher than expected. When I asked why, the staff member explained that because the leggings I was exchanging (for size swap only) were originally bought on discount, I had to pay the differenceāwhich made no sense to me. I said Iād rather return the leggings altogether, and if thatās the policy, Iād return the shirt too.
