The selection of products is pretty good. We love the food items from around the world. The staff is the main reason for lower stars. Over the last few years, Iāve never been greeted or even spoken to. Staff are very hard to find around the store. At the registers, the last few times Iāve been there the cashier doesnāt say anything. Not just to me, to anyone in the line throughout the check out process. Itās been awkward and uncomfortable. The last 2 cashiers didnāt even look at me or tell me the total or anything. At my last visit there was a long line. One cashier was taking a long time with a couple that had one item, possibly a return. When the line was to at least 10 people, another cashier moseyed up and started helping the next person in line. Eventually it was my turn and the cashier didnāt say anything. Didnāt greet me. Not āthanks for your patienceā or āapologies for the long waitā. They seemed like they didnāt want to be there and also didnāt want me to be there. Or any of the customers. I wish there was another location close by but may be worth a trip further away for a better...

We inquired about an item that was on display and on sale. We noticed only one of the item on the floor, but needed to purchase 2. We politely asked if they had any more of this item, or if it might be available online or at another store locally. We were shocked when the store associate said no and told us we could call around ourselves or try looking it up online ourselves. No care was given to see if there was another item in the store, or at any other location. We had to stand in the store and search online ourselves and personally called the other stores in the area. To say we were disappointed in the quality of service at the this location would be an understatement. Previously employees here have always been helpful, polite, and kind, so we were especially disappointed in our experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe made a purchase today. Came home, and when looked at receipt, realized that we were wrongly overcharged for a few items. My husband came back, and asked for adjustments. The original person wasn't there. The cashier was very rude, and started to argue with him. He asked her do not raise her voice and asked for manager. When manager came, she didn't know, how to do price adjustments. After dispute manager brought back sign with correct price. The cashier, still argued and had a guts to tell: I remember you. You created problems before. My husband told re: I never shopped her before, and never will. You should learn do not argue with customer, especially, that I came back. Both of us work for many years in customer service and never seen before, when Cashier opens big dirty mouth at customer. She should learn some manners and, I am surprised, people like that even allowed to work with customers. Never shop...
