Hello! I just wanted to share my experience of shopping at this location last week, one day before Christmas Eve! I came in for a gift for my mother in law (very last minute, sheās so hard to shop for š ) and I had a very fussy baby in tow. It was really really cold, it was past nap time, I had already been to a few other stores in the area, weād lost boots somewhere, she wouldnāt wear a jacket, I hadnāt thought to bring a stroller, Iām a first-time mom and I felt like I was really below average/failing miserably that day and short on patience. The women at this location we amazing, they took things to the counter so I didnāt have to struggle to hold everything, bagged and boxed it all up, we lost a sock somewhere in the store and they offered to search for it, and even helped me to my car in the freezing cold, waiting in the snow by my side so I could get the baby strapped in and warm before helping me load things. I am so grateful for their kindness, it was such a beautiful thing to have their help when they could tell I was struggling and overwhelmed. What they can't know is that I was doing this all on my own because my husband had recently had emergency spine surgery and we jsut hadn't had time. Not only did it take 8 months to arrive (which I expected with pandemic) it arrived incomplete. It was missing a built in bolt to assemble. After THREE back and forth encounters with PB customer service AND Ryder the delivery system I finally got the damaged bed picked up and new one ordered, after another 6 months I decided to cancel the bed as it was still on back order and I was sick of sleeping on only mattress as I became pregnant. I have now sat on hold for over an hour each time for a total of FIVE time with PB customer service to get my refund, after 3 months of the bed being cancelled I still have not received a refund. I have contacted the store directly and have had two promises of refund with no outcome yet either. As of today I am still waiting for a close to 2k refund from a damaged bed. Customer service is absolutely awful in this company. They will not transfer you to a manager but leave you sit on hold in silence while they type to the manager it is beyond ridiculous. When I went into the store they told me they had no record of my order in their system and didnāt have any of the items I ordered. I asked why I wasnāt notified but instead waisted my time coming all the way over here on my lunch break and they couldnāt give me an answer. So I left a little disappointed but when I got to my car I checked my credit card statement and I had been CHARGED for the items that I never got. I went back into the store to have them fix that and give me a credit but they told me I had to call customer service. Iām appalled that I was charged for something I never received, waisted my time coming to get it, was never notified that they didnāt have my order, and then told I need to call a phone number and wait on hold for however long only to explain to someone what happened all over again with NO Documentation of what the employees were telling me, no refund receipt or anything showing I never got my items. I am so disappointed in this store and their lack of customer service. Will not be shopping...
