Very poor experience at this Maple Grove Victra store. I stopped in to change my plan and upgrade my Samsung. They changed my plan no problems. When it came to trading in my Galaxy S21 Ultra for a Galaxy S24 Ultra, they bring out a bunch of phone cases and screen protectors and tell me to pick 2, they are free. I questioned this and got an answer of, "it's a promotion, we have a box of old phones in the back we use when customer trade in their old phone." Very odd answer. It get worse. The promo for upgrading was a device credit of $1,120.00 over 36 months. They didn't want to provide this in written format. They did eventually. I agreed to the promo and the salesman told me to leave my phone at the store with MY PASSWORD so they could transfer my data from the s21 to the s24. Yeah, thats not going to happen. So they insisted of doing the transfer right there, so I let them. I noticed that they were using a public wifi connection to do this and I stopped them. The salesman then pretty much tole me to leave the store at that point. I returned my old phone to the Verizon corporate store at Arbor Lakes. They were unable to apply the $1120 promo credit. Long story shorter, 1 month later, I got a $720 credit on my account in 1 lump sum. This is because the Victra store didn't apply the promo before the order. If I didn't get that printout of the promo, I wouldn't of gotten it at all. Do your due diligence people, get it in writing, protect your personal data, never give your key or password to your wireless device to the "cellphone guy". Oh yeah, they pushed me out the door at the Victra store before I signed the contract, so they FORGED...
Read moreThree hours for the first trip. 1.5 for the second. Goals for first trip were to activate a separately purchased phone and purchase a phone. These guys had "system issues" which they tried to resolve by restarting their Ipads perpetually for 1.5 hours. They gave up and called verizon for service. They could activate my phone that I brought in and we're not able to make the purchase of the new phone. They offered to discount the setup fee of 20$ for inputting a telephone number , account number and collecting a signature. We received the discount for the phone we set up and were offered to repeat this discount when we returned to purchase the phone. This did not happen as promised when we returned to buy the phone and this information was not communicated until after the transaction was finished. The rep refused to refund the purchase and said it was not what he agreed to. He did offer a 15 percent discount on any excessively priced accessories that they carried to make up for the issue. They also kept the boxes for the phone and case which prevents any returns from being possible.

Read moreI received my service at this Maple Grove, MN location. I chose to go with this store because of the initially friendly service and knowledge the store rep had. BIG MISTAKE! She stated that I could use the $800 trade in credit available for the new iphone 13 in Sept21 if I traded in my Iphone SE 2020. I chose this route and traded in my phone.
I have not received my credit and had visited the store 7 times in 4 months since my initial visit trying to get my trade in credit I was promised. I have called verizon 611 multiple times and they refuse to do anything about this stating that it is the stores fault. The STORE LOST MY PHONE and is refusing to give me my trade in credit. I was in there a few weeks ago and they said they would have their store manager call me. NO ONE has called since. This store and company are LIARS and thieves! Take your business elsewhere I recommend using the online VERIZON trade in only. NOT victra. I will be leaving poor reviews and recommending all my friends and family to do the same. This business needs to...
