About 2 months ago I went in to get a texturizer to soften up my natural hair and by the fourth day it started falling out and continue to fall out everyday up into a week ago I wanted to show pictures but was to embarrased. This has caused so much emotional damage because being a BLACK woman her hair is her crown. asked for curly ended getting a low fade ...If she didn't know know to natural hair she should have did me like this didn't even bother with clean edges must have been in a rush.. Then got a full set and pedi which was 200 dollars she soak my feet after she polish and add jewels, which in term weakening the hold .... 3 day later no jewels barely and "gel" polish left ..the full set is thin and all the "gel" polished is crack and peel of three days...

I went to this salon a few years ago when I visited Ohio before I began my current natural journey. She did a good job washing and blowing my hair out and recommended a certain product for my dry scalp but I no longer reside in the area nor use relaxers in my hair. If I do know of anyone who uses relaxers and will be in the area looking for a hair dresser, I will be sure to direct them...
