Ok so first and foremost I love this store. Mike Brown has been my salesman for years now and he knows the store from top to bottom. Very knowledgeable and it seems like I'm always leaning when I'm around this guy. I didn't buy my mattress from Pc Richard and Son because my wife had already made up her mind on what she wanted. We did however go to see Mike for pillows. Mike did a phenomenal job explaining the benefits and variations for all the pillows that they had in stock. Because of Mike my wife and I was able to pick the perfect pillows that would accommodate the position that both she and I sleep in. Which was a game changer for us. Went in looking for a mattress for my daughter and left with one for her and a new mattress and adjustable base for me and my wife. Dave E was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable of their products. He took the time to listen to our needs and wants and guided us to products we are very happy with at reasonable prices. When an item arrived with some shipping damage, it was quickly replaced without hassle. The service we received was excellent and professional. This isn’t a big box retailer where they pay a miserable high school student minimum wage who makes you feel like your an inconvenience by asking questions.
