My wife had knee surgery today at Cooper (next to the Moorestown Mall), so I found myself strolling through the mall and happened to discover Palm Coffee Club. I decided to stop in, and I’m so glad I did!
Like many people, I’ve been to Starbucks plenty of times and usually just order a café latte. But the woman working here was incredibly friendly and took the time to ask me about my coffee preferences. I told her I like steamed whole milk in my lattes but usually add heavy cream to my coffee. She suggested I try steamed half-and-half with an extra shot of espresso—something I’d never considered. Turns out, this is a Breve, and now I have a new favorite drink and a new favorite coffee shop!
Beyond being personable, she was clearly very knowledgeable about coffee. I also tried their chocolate ice cream, which was fantastic. Later, my wife (recovering from surgery) asked me to bring her something with sugar-free syrup. Most places only have vanilla, but this shop had several sugar-free options, making it better stocked than the big chains.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend Palm Coffee Club—a locally owned gem with great coffee, great service, and thoughtful options for...
Read moreI stumbled upon this little cafe with my toddler. The atmosphere is impeccable with several options to sit inside and outside. Decorated to give it a personal touch vs. a chain store.
The staff I met were extremely friendly. I walked in with my toddler crying from falling and hurting himself. They both immediately asked what they could do to help. Being a first-time parent, I think they saw my eyes like a deer in headlights. They offered him some ice water and ice cream to help numb the pain along. They also gave us salted chips and some antiseptic to help clean the wound. They went above and beyond to make sure he was OK enough that I will be so grateful for them.
While taking care of my son, they each truck up conversation with every guest that walked in. They have multiple options to choose from. From coffees to sandwiches. I highly recommend this little cafe...
Read moreMy first time at this coffee shop and I couldn’t be happier for choosing to grab myself a coffee. I was greeted with such kindness from both staff and the lady (forgot her name) who I spoke with helped me decide what kind of coffee I should get since I don’t get coffee often. She was not only kind and helpful but attentive and patient with answering any questions I had. I also tried a bagel with cream cheese which was delicious. Her coworker did the perfect amount of cream cheese which I was grateful for since I hate when other places choose to do way too much where it overpowers the bagel. I was also very impressed with their flavor of the month! I Highly recommend trying this spot if you haven’t already. I will definitely be returning. I’m Intrigued to see what next month’s...
