Check-in -The check-in is long and laborious, avoid the line and use the self check-in kiosk by the managers desk. Concessions -Looks Ike a fast food restaurant, with lots of offerings, only there is nothing fast about it. You will be in line for ages (30+ minutes) on an opening night. Get there early. Prices are high like everyone else. Bag check in progress - self explanatory. Assigned seating -This is ok until you find your seat taken by someone else. So if you buy your tickets early and get the best seating view, someone will steal your seat if they arrive before you, so you have to kick them out of your seat! No one seems to give a c### about the assigned seats, so its a free-for-all - Also, the Row A is almost impossible to watch the movie from. Row B barely watchable, Row C/D/E are the best. Seats are pleather - so in the summer they can get really sweaty. But they do recline and are easy for staff to keep clean for your butt. Cup holders are built into the armrests between seats. Toilets are clean, stocked, and well lit. Fire exits -Are usually the way you came in to the auditorium. Some auditoriums may have them in both the front and rear, some only in the rear. You will need to check for the specifics according to the safety presentation. Overall I give this 3 stars, due to assigned seating, and long lines and two (A/B) rows of almost unmatchable...

My first of many movies and the simplicity to order tickets have made Regal Cinema my go to theater. Never have to stand in a long line to get tickets just download their app. You can pick out the quality of the movie and your perfect seat selection ahead of time then show up a few minutes early get your tickets or use the app as your ticket and in no time you will be earning points for promotions and percentage off of items from the snack bar. This theater is very clean and most of all there are plenty of enthusiastic and friendly staff working here. Sometimes their is a promo special for those who use the Regal app where if you purchase your tickets in the app and you get discounts and other promotional items for the new release movie. My first promotional item was my Deadpool figure for purchasing tickets to Deadpool one and Two at the same time. I really enjoyed my afternoon of entertainment. The manager was testing out the promotion software and it wouldn’t ring up correctly at first but after a few tries and for us being patient we saved a few dollars for our food and drink combinations. I am always happy to save a few dollars and also glad we got here early to be the first to try the promotional software. Overall this has been my favorite theater I’ve seen every new release in 2017-2018. I will continue to enjoy...

My son has Asbegers n I really wasn't sure how he was going to handle the movies without accommodation but we are going strong with two visits under of belt. We had an amazing time with this location. Very clean and the staff was amazing. I just wished they received more product when opening night of a movie (they ran out of the sonic comic books) but the manager did print out extra color pages for us which was very nice. But I have discovered that you can get movie collectables from the app with the credits we earn which is cool. I think it's free except for the shipping I think. I rather just have a choice to get the merchandise right there at the location I really believe it would make getting the merchandise even more special. The only thing is I wished people didn't disrespect the place as they do. The place is very clean but by the time the movie was over people threw popcorn everywhere which isn't cool. They should be able to send people a cleaning bill because you can see the areas it happens in or just not allowed food anymore but of course that would be a lost of revenue so I don't that. But come on people, treat places as if it was your home and not a dumpster. They struggle hard enough as it is to stay afloat so please don't ruin...
