Amazing what1yr can do was5 star staff needs Alot more knowledge about there product's they sell most of are of the younger set but aren't learning just get fired! product selection needs to be more categorized better everything kinda scattered all around the store like the lady said in previous comment but I found the most knowledgable was the guy with glasses short hair usaly wears a white baseball cap around 5'8-10ft tall about mid 30's slim build if you want the low down on most of what they carry which is a big selection of all grades of smoke to oil exstactions basically you name it they most likely have it and he's the best go to person working there i have meet that knows the most! Got fired 2 :-(Enjoy your visit because you will most likely be there awhile because unless you know exactly what you want plan on min looking around about 30min. REALLY THERE'S THAT MUCH SELECTION! Plus short staffing not very knowledgeable sadly! Was in recently down graded my rating! Because it is not a good a store as was over last 8mos Especially understaffed bad! But Tony who works the door in evening's been there awhile surprisingly! Lol Is a great guy! The floor manager's are bad picks if have any issues they basically tell Ya to Bad! Not good business! They should take some tips from Tony the night doorman on how to give good customer service! Hopefully the main management is listening because Jimmy the store manager a lost Southern boy Never There Won't get no remedies on a proplem from him! Seems like they have just become Money Gruber's like a Wal-Mart! As you see they are growing fast and also losing there small business feel of customer care to big corporate incensabilaty about the customer to how much can we push the market profit's.On lower quality and jacking the price when they see it moving fast usually w/in 24hrs. The price will Almost Double Bet on that Forsure see it Happen Constantly! So if price Reasonable that day no garruntie For Next day To Double! & they Already Paid for the Stock that Doubled Overnight because it was selling good that's taking Advantage of YOU THE CUSTOMER! I Bet the Management that's doing it don't like it when gasoline goes up by 25-50cents overnight just because they can raise it Right?We as costumer's don't like seeing them act that way ether.I believe they have a name for it called getting to GREEDY FOR GREEN Can also put you out of business you won't be a Monopoly in maple valley for every!So treat your customers more fair or when the day comes when they open another marijuana dispensary in MV.&Under cut your prices Plus give better customer care like you used to!Till Greedyness raised it's ugly corporate head Hopefully Bud Hut Is Listening Because potential customers are reading this and current1's!    Read moreFirst time, LAST time! Iâve been a budtender at two different locations... if you donât love weed or customers and have a bad attitude, DONâT WORK AT A WEED STORE!!! First off - I was disappointed in their flower selection and diversity of concentrates (the closest thing to THC/THCA powder - such as Gaga Special Reserve - was hash powder, which was a decent substitution but nowhere close to what I originally was looking for). The bud tender I was working with was friendly and polite, but lacked some knowledge I would have otherwise appreciated. When it came to checking out, a guy in his 30âs (guessing) with short-medium brown thin hair (kind of swept to the side and on his forehead a bit) somewhat tall and thin build was the cashier. I tried friendly conversation while he scanned my items, but when I asked him a question he never even acknowledged me. I figured he might be new or he really needed to concentrate on scanning the barcodes.... He got exasperated with me when I asked him to repeate the total (I didnât understand him the first time). He watched me tip the remainder (about $4) but didnât acknowledge the tip - which was for the bud tender, definitely not this guy. Also - if you want tips from customers beyond a measly buck, try some basic manners! This coming from someone who has done the exact same easy job. He asked me if I wanted to join the rewards program (or whatever they call it at this store). I said sure, and he gave me a tablet to fill out off to the side. I was finishing, double checking what I imputed making sure I did it correctly, and heard him literally YELL - âOKAAAAY YOURE DONE!â I thought he was talking to his next customer and finished it, watching it load to ensure everything got submitted. This time, even louder, he yells âYOUâRE DONE!!!â I look up and this guy is less than 3 feet away from me, leaning in my direction, yelling at me with a customer in front of him (the other customer looked flabbergasted at the behavior). I gave the tablet back and walked out, feeling like this dude totally ruined my experience and not even wanting what I paid $100 for. The guy had a bad attitude from the start, didnât greet me or have anything pleasant about his demeanor at all. Trust me - go to Marley 420 in Kent (less than 10 mins from this place) or to Evergreem Market in Renton or Auburn, Joint Rivers in Auburn, or even Euphorium in Covington. Iâd rather frequent a store that appreciates and LIKES customers where I can blow my money. I certainly am not going to spend my money so someone can stand there and yell about at me for no reason. Oh, and I have diagnosed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and having people act aggressive or yell at me triggers panic attacks and can leave me devestated for the day.    Read moremy experience was poor last night, normally I love this place and the people but last night was just not it. Iâm chopping it off that this blond lady that âhelpedâ me and I use the word help very minimal here. I usually get the same thing, just a bundle of joints a specific brand and sativa, I walked up to the case as she asked me if I knew what I wanted, I told her as well as pointed but she was not looking in my direction and was giving off some attitude but I let it go cuz I get it, itâs late youâre tired and want to go home, completely understand. After we finally got the one I wanted (after expressing and pointing multiple times - she wouldnât look at me so I just crotched down at the case and pointed at which one with the name, color etc) she asked me if I needed anything else and when I said if I could get a cartridge as well anything sativa, she can pick whatever, she asked if I had a price point, I said no and she said well let me move so you can pick it out âŚ. I said ummm ok, as Iâve never had a budtender deny picking it out but it was fine, I picked it out and we went to the register. When I brought out my ID again, she said whatâs your date of birth, I gave it to her and then grabbed my ID and asked if she needed my number as well, she flipped the screen over with a lot of attitude and said âyou can put that in yourselfâ I was stunned and honestly annoyed at this point. I still tipped cuz I believe they all share their tips together and the other two there shouldnât suffer for her behavior so I did tip a little and went on my way saying goodbye to the gentlemen that was at the front when I left. I still love budhut and will continue to go but this was just a poor experience and I do hope it was just an off day and sheâs not normally that rude to the customers. I just came from the gym (I did apologize to them if I smelled lol) so I dealt with my frustrations before going in but it could had gone another way if she did it to someone else that is also having a bad day.
