Overall, very satisfied with my service! I would definitely recommend them to any movers, and would personally contact them again for future services!

My situation: I requested service to move from my family home to a single-bedroom apartment in Redmond. I had pre-packed and moved most of my belongings into a central area for easy handling. While they do offer packing services (included), I wanted to 1) save time and 2) separate my things from my family's. I had about 10 larger items (like a couch, cat tower, tv, etc.) and about 10 medium items (air purifiers, garbage can, bedside tables, etc.). In total, I had about 25 boxes (mostly medium, some small, few large). I had 1 crate of food/perishables which they offered to take as well.

Something I did to also save time and keep me organized: I color coded my boxes. When we arrived at the move-in location, they put the boxes and furniture in the corresponding rooms by their color (red=kitchen, green=living, etc.)

The move: Stellar! They were respectful and careful with all my furniture, boxes, and other items. I don't think I had a single scratch on any walls or floors during move out or in. There was one instance where they accidentally broke one of my dresser legs, but they fixed it right way. They also set up my bed frame for me (which was new and still in its packaging). They also helped me organize a bit--putting rugs down and arranging my desk, arranging the tv and couch in the proper places, that kind of stuff. In total, it took 4.5 hours to complete the move, and I was rated at $129/hr.

Issues: A few communication issues prior to the move. I would recommend you just stay on top of your emails, call them if you have questions, and understand/hunt down anything you need or expect (estimates, agreements, rate information, etc).

I also need to highlight that my moving team was given the wrong moving date (they arrived a day early). Thankfully, I was already packed and gearing to go, so I welcomed the change in schedule, but I'm sure this wouldn't be...
