No longer reasonable place to eat. Had a 2 for which included cup of soup (which mine was barley half full), and Teriyaki chicken and drink cost almost $25.00. I could have taken a friend out to a full meal other places and for the 2 of us together would have been $25.00. Plus dessert.
Panda states fresh made bread and pastries I believe not too sure about everything else for I heard a worker say they have no control over saltines. Hum!
The soup was luke warm (very good though), and Teriyaki way to sweet and again about half bowl.
Person at register didn't seem to want to be there and not to helpful and young girl putting food together with pony tail and bangs just throwing bread into to go bag. My worry no hair net and her head was flipping around worrisome.
The cups of soup were very messy for I had to get own food so seen a lot of soup cup and bowls none were clean looking sloppy soup over the sides.
Had to help your self to get food and hope it's yours.
Soup was fantastic though it was harvest squash. Heard a few others from another table complaining how salty the chicken noodles soup was they also made comment "more like a broth very very little noodles", seems like the table had a few more problems. Which I am happy to say looks like manager helped fix. This is one reason I would try again but next time I will ask questions hopefully cashier will be more helpful.
Oh I also found out that is you order a meal you can get a pastry/dessert for cheaper price. Didn't known when i ordered so didn't order pastry for nothing was less then $2.99-$5 dollars.
Some of ladies near me were talking about it used to be .99cents.
I would go for the soup again not cheap but worth it and came with nice hunk of bread but if you order a cup the cup may only be half way full for mine was only half full so you can see my disappointment for what my meal cost.
Next time I may try again just because I believe I was at rush hour and some times that makes a difference.
My first time in years going to panda first time at this location.
Looks like they may be short...
Read moreThis place needs some real leadership because the employers are a complete mess. Management-please make sure your employees are properly trained and of moderate intelligence when you throw them on the drive thru. I placed a mobile order for just one of the charged lemonades and proceeded to the drive thru to pick it up. Waited quite some time in drive thru even though there were just two cars ahead of me and while I’m waiting I get a notification that my drink order is ready. I get up to the window and the kid working the window asks if I’m picking up a mobile order. I say yes and give him my name. He says he’s gonna check on it and he’ll be right back. A couple minutes later he comes back and says “we’re still working on that”. I immediately go to ask him “working on what? It’s a drink”-but he quickly closed the window before I can finish my sentence. I spend the next 8 minutes trying to get his attention-even beeping my horn-but oblivious kid continues to ignore. He eventually sees me flailing my arms and opens window and I proceed to tell him I only ordered a drink-and it says my order was ready like 12 minutes ago. He stares blankly at me for 5 seconds and then asks me what drink I ordered. I told him a Large Fuji Apple Cranberry lemonade. He then turns around and proceeds to make my drink. And hands me a medium strawberry lemon mint. Lol I could only laugh but at this point I was ready to go-so I settled for the wrong drink and left. It ended up taking twenty two minutes to get my drink. 10 of those minutes were spent waiting for this kid to figure out I only ordered a drink and to hand it to me. I mean seriously-where do you guys find these employees? Please hire...
Read moreI usually don't care if something is messed up with my order. After all it's just fast food. No big deal. But this location has messed my order up at least 5 times. Given me someone else's order or incorrect ingredients (leaving off items I paid extra for). The food quality is so inconsistent. Sometimes you'll get a normal mac n cheese, next time you go they'll give you something that resembles mac n cheese soup with what seems and tastes like watered down cheese sauce. Or a sandwich with a fraction of the amount of toppings that should be on it. If you go later at night, even if you're the only customer, it will take 15 - 20 minutes to get your food. Sometimes longer, and you can expect to sit in the drive thru at the menu in front of the speaker for 10 minites before someone finally asks you what you're having. Mainly because the kids working that shift are all stoned out of their minds (you can smell it and obviously notice it when talking to them). And the 'baguette' they're supposed to give you will sometimes be whatever stale sandwich bread they haven't sold yet. I used to work food service, so I get it. But there's a point where you have to ask yourself who the heck is in charge there. They aren't doing a very good job. I'd avoid this panera location until they get some new staff...
