I purchased some items recently at this store and had THE MOST RUDE cashier ever!! I had a 20% off coupon I showed the cashier on my phone and she rudely snapped at me saying that coupon was only for Rewards members and was the only way I could receive the credit. I calmly explained the coupon did not state that information anywhere on the coupon and she just quickly and rudely asked for my email address as if she was somehow going to give me the 20% off coupon via email. Nope! The next thing you know I am a Rewards member now receiving a million emails per day. Which I don’t want or need! She quickly grabbed the receipt and my change and slammed it in my hand all in a matter of 2 minutes - as if there was a big line of people to be checked out! NO! I was the only person in line to be checked out so what is the rush lady? I only shop here once maybe twice a year (now I remember why) and have no need for all these emails, that I now am trying to unsubscribe from. But considering what we, the nation and the world are going thru in these difficult times, you would think a little kindness, a calm voice and a straight explanation isn’t much to ask for. Being that I am a SR HR rep for a major corporation, this store’s manager needs to provide this cashier (working mid day weekday) some serious customer service training. I would be extremely embarrassed by this woman’s behavior to my customers if I were this cashiers manager. You never know what a customer is going thru in their life and if the customer chose my store to shop at, I would definitely ensure my staff goes the extra mile to treat ALL of our customers nicely and more importantly with respect! I went in today (Maplewood MN) and this TERF employee saw me standing there, buying Terra cotta pots for an end-of-year project for my kids' teachers as an invitation to tell me "be glad you're not a teacher... with all 'those' PRIDE people and drag queens coming into classrooms and READING TO THE CHILDREN...it's wrong and teachers have no rights to kick them out and protect their students from THOSE PEOPLE".
When I called her out, she was absolutely unapologetic, until I called for a manager (queue fragile whyte woman tears).
The manager did nothing. Susan the TERF is still there, not shoved in a dark stockroom where trolls should be kept.

I ordered items prior to Christmas under the guarantee that they would arrive before Christmas. But Michael's doesn't tell you that they add on 3 days to "process" the order. So someone got nothing for Christmas. Then I received an email from Michael's that my items shipped UPS, but there's no way to track the package because Michael's didn't send it UPS, it was turned over to the USPS so no tracking available. Then I got email after email ( last on 12/28) that items allegedly shipped don't include 3 items I paid for). What? Called but can't cancel my order as other items in the set shipped. I don't want an incomplete set! Told I have to return it to the store(hello COVID!) or wait for delivery and refuse.
