I guess many years ago I gave you guys a five-star review.. however since the pandemic you guys stay closed for almost 2 years plus you can only go through the drive-thru in which sometimes the line was extremely long.. the pandemic was long gone and that was still the excuse for not opening the lobby! I have had complications with both managers at this establishment one night I was given a old chicken sandwich I had ordered the combo and upon pulling off I open my food up to bite my sandwich because I was hungry and saying that it was nowhere near fresh... But the drive-thru line was so long and it was an hour and a half before closing so I just figured to take it home and take it back the next day I ate a few of the fries and when I say a few I literally mean maybe about 10 fries out of let's say 25 fries.. I didn't drink any of the soda nor did I eat the chicken sandwich at all. The next day I pull up to the drive-thru again to bring it back and the manager gave me such a problem saying he will make the chicken sandwich over again but he won't be giving me any more fries because I ate some of them. And I'm like I shouldn't have had to even come back..do you know the cost of gas to come back here to present food to you that was given to me that was not at all fresh! However he was solid or just making my chicken sandwich and drink so I said that I wouldn't come here anymore because of the way the manager had treated me. But against my better judgment one night my kids were in town we decided to go here.. before I even pull out the drive-thru away from the window I opened the box and look at my phone and see that my 8 piece is old I asked can they make me fresh chicken and I was willing to wait and she said that her employee had told me that the chicken was not fresh... I told her that is not true she argued with me back and forth and I asked for my money back she told me she was not giving me any money back so after a slight altercation she snatches the chicken for me and since my money down on the counter for me to reach and get it. I tried to look for corporates information only to find out that no one is ever able to file a complaint because the numbers are non-existent and there are so many complaints with this company that people leave on the BBB site because they can't get in touch with anyone to solve a problem.. needless to say.... Read moreI always come here and the guy recognizes me because I always have characters displayed on the dashboard of my car. But I try to order the same amount of chicken that I always get for the flavored wings and the lady told me they only had a sizes of 6 or a 24. However, I have gotten a 12 piece before so I was asking for that and then I asked what is the special with the bundle, which I found out was only online order. so then when I try to order only the flavored wings, she kept trying to ring me up for the regular orders of chicken when I wanted the sauce. So then the guy got rude and yelled. It’s a combo six, which is what I was asking when I asked if they had 12 piece wings as a combo meal. Not knowing what the specials are is one thing however they were very rude when I was trying to ask for the 12 piece wings combo and the lady kept offering me either. I buy six or a 12 piece. So when the guy clarified, I don’t know why, but he was very rude, and kept Asking me without giving me time to answer what I want. I felt very rushed, if that is the case, maybe they should have someone who knows what the options are working the register or whatever. No need to yell or be rude . And then, when I pulled up to the window, he was speaking to somebody through the headset, and there were no cars behind me taking orders because he was also at the front register and not drive thru. So talk all you want but don’t be rude to customers who are asking questions because there is no way yall ran out of wings and only serve only sizes of 6...
Read moreThis is probably the last time I come to this Popeyes store. I order through my mobile order, they did not have my popcorn shrimp when I got there (I only wanted to go there for the popcorn shrimp), and they told me they can substitute it for something else, I said okay fine I'll take a spicy sandwich, and something to add on for the dollar difference. They said, no to a chocolate biscuit nor a apple pie on the side (which is basically an dollar and some cents), I say okay then just upgrade my drink from regular to a large, and I am okay. They then said I would owe them more money. I was so confused, because I took my time there without knowing my order was not in invetory and etc.. I was not in the wrong here, because if they did not have it in inventory I would've made my way there in the first place. Espcially the manager, she did not care about customer service at all, she knew my order was no in inventory and did not even compensate for having their inventory not in menu. She than said she would charge me a dollar if I wanted my drink an upgrade because she is already taking off. Lord PLEASE!!!! if I upgrade my meal to a large meal, it would've only be two extra dollar and I would've got an extra side dish.... DAMN, know your math better next time. Bad customer service.
