I was literally held at the dressing room for no reason or explanation to why. The worker said something was wrong with the dressing room but it was ok for my daughter to go in only. I had to wait for her manager. Didn’t make sense to me if something is wrong with dressing room why let my daughter in.
When the manager got there she asked what’s wrong and the worker pointed at me. The manager asked what she can help me with and I told her I didn’t request for her help so I don’t know why I’m being held there. She asked the worker and she said didn’t the manager talk to another coworker about it. So at that point the worker didn’t want to say anything in front of me and kept referring to her other coworker that didn’t she go talk to her? So I got irritated and asked straight out are you holding me here because you think I stole something? She wouldn’t answer. The manager asked if I only wanted to go try on the clothes and I said yes but she wouldn’t let me and told me something is wrong with the dressing room so I had to wait. And I also asked why let my daughter go inside if something is wrong with the dressing room. The manager said she will go check and came back saying everything is ok and finally let me in.
When I went inside my daughter was the only one in there and there was nothing wrong with the dressing room. It was an excuse and intention to hold me there so they can interrogate me because of what they think I did. Since the manager seemed confused nothing happened. The situation just made me so irritated for being targeted.
After we finished trying our clothes the worker was gone but the manager was there. She counted our clothes again to make sure it matched up. I got no apologies or explanation from...
Read moreI've been to other Ross across the country, but I feel like the one here in Maplewood is smaller than their other store. Compared to the Burlington on the same strip just a couple stores down, Burlington ton feels like it's twice as big as Ross. Not that size means everything, but it just makes me feel like my trip is less worthwhile or I can find everything that I want.
I have two little boys, and when shopping for their clothes they only have two racks. Like what!? Not ideal... But ahh well. 🤷♂️
I guess the managers has to prioritize their priorities, but right now it just doesn't serve my needs as a parent as much...
Read moreThe supervisor at that location refused to serve us at the checkout because our purchase was "VERY LARGE." She's incredibly rude. She wasn't even cordial or even said anything to apologize for how rude she was. The other cashier who did want to serve us apologized on her behalf and said she couldn't say anything because the other woman is the supervisor. Her excuse was, "I'm just helping out, I don't want to help with a big order." It wasn't just the fact that she wouldn't help us, but the way she yelled and...
