Avoid this place and go get your food elsewhere. Service was horrible. The lady who I assumed is the owner was giving me an attitude the entire time when I was ordering a banh mi. So to begin, I am very congested so I kinda lost my voice. When I ordered, she turned to one of her worker and started speaking in her language to him. Then turned back at me and said with attitude, “I don’t understand you.” I ordered the sandwich again and told her Im very congested. After she got my order, I told her I didn’t want the seasoning sauce. She said they never put the sauce in their sandwich. After I saw the guy who made my sandwich put the sauce in my sandwich, I told the guy I didn’t want the sauce and that I had already told the lady. He didn’t know what to do so I said okay, I will go talk to her. I told her he added the sauce, which I didn’t want. She was giving me an attitude and said, “why didn’t you tell him?” I said, “I did, I told you.” She said she thought I meant siracha and then started angrily saying, “you want it? You want it?” I’m like, I would like to get a new one without the sauce. Not even one sorry. She just gave the sandwich away to another customer and told her worker to make a new one without the sauce. I’m giving them a 1 star because who argues with their customer? I felt like I was being very nice to her until she started assuming I don’t want the sandwich. She didn’t even offer to make a new one nor apologizing for misunderstanding me. I like the food here especially the pho but the service is really disappointing. I went in and ordered food twice there today. First ordered this morning was wrong. I ordered a combo and got a Beef pho instead and that shouldn’t have happened because I was the only person in line so there was no rush but quickly I thought maybe it’s just a mistake so I forget about it. Early afternoon I left work and decided that I should order something to go for later so I stopped by again and same person took my order. Total came to be $12.83 and I handed her $15 dollars and she took a good glance at the bills and decided to change me 17 cents and quickly close the drawer and went to work. I called her over to the cashier and told her I gave her $15 and was short on my change. Without hesitation she opens the drawer and handed me my $2 dollars that was short. So this is my favorite place to eat pho I went to order 2 Beef Pho and the old lady was like okay. I was waiting for her to tell me the total price but she didn’t so I gave her $20 and still searching for my $10 bill. Oh boy she was not in a mood and threw the $20 bill back at me saying “it’s not enough” so I asked her what was the total and she said $25 and something cents she glares at me as if she was disgusted by me. I was so mad and about to throw a fit when my husband just gave her his credit card. Ughhh she did the same to the next costumer she vigorously gave her change and the costumer felt embarrassed. It was also disgusting how she prepared our food. And it isn’t the only time she did that neither.
