Blueprint Burgers And Melts — Restaurant in Maplewood

Just so everyone is aware, if you're going to order a meal here, you'll only recieve Burgers & Fries. 🍔🍟 You'll have to purchase the drink separately. 🥤 I've never been to a fast food joint that served meals without drinks. 😐

Update: My wife had never tried the Hmong Pepper Burger. So we decided to drop in for two. The staff were friendly and the food took a little while to get to us. When we sat down to eat, our first bite was literally all onion. Then we noticed how largely the onion within the burger were sliced. 🧅 It was just as large as the patty itself. And the rings weren't separated, we literally got the sliced onion and all rings within it. It's actually ridiculous! The burger itself didn't have enough sauce, so the pepper overpowered the taste. My wife couldn't get through her burger.

We had also ordered the K-Town Fries. 🍟It seemed new to me and I wanted to give it a shot. The bulgogi placed on top of the fries were good on their own. However, the sauce on the fries weren't so pleasant. The fries were soggy instead of crispy. The fries also came with a small cup of kimchi, which seemed pointless to me. It didn't help improve the taste of the fries & the kimchi was warm rather than cold. 😐

It seems like every time I come to order anything other than their Melts, something is always missing or wrong. It's very inconsistent & I don't like it. I think I'll only come by for Melts from now on & make my own burgers...

I had never ate there before, and today I was hungry and skeptical on trying anything new but, nothing else at the food court at The Maplewood Mall seemed like something I wanted at the moment so my husband and I decided go look at this spot. We read through everything the lady at the front was so nice and so helpful when describing these new items we never tried before that was the first thing, on top that ( she’s has an adorable baby) so we ordered and not even 3 bites into my burger and maybe one or two French fries i look at my husband and I tell him, “ they gotta know” he said what? How amazing this food is I’m like “HELL YA” i mean these French fries are fried in the best… and I mean THE BEST batter, idk what he does to perfect them things but, he perfected them so perfectly then let’s not forget their amazing and absolutely delicious chicken sandwich perfectly fried!! PERFECT! Not hard not soggy but that man’s cooking skills are on point. My husband had the Ktown burger meal absolute perfection. At this point we were wishing they delivered haha. So I tipped them and let them know how great they are and as I’m doing it ANOTHER customer started agreeing with me saying how much she loves them! Great food place!! We will definitely be back there! Keep up that great...

(5 star meal for a 4 star price) I was at the Maple wood mall and wanting something to eat, so I went to the food court and found that every other restaurants there had a line except for blue print burgers and I was shocked. I go up to the counter and the employee was very nice, I ordered a regular cheeseburger and she asked if I wanted the tomato lettuce and onion and said no which was nice since they didn't have to waste the vegetables. I waited for about 10 minutes for my food and when I opened up the styrofoam box I was surprised to see bun had a pretzel like look to it but it wasn't it was a softer bun and they used premium quality cheese like a Applebee's or other sit down restaurant would use. I then tasted the burger and It was really good , the burger was juicy even without the vegetables and the fries were really good too. They had a battered texture to them. The meal was at a good price at around $10 but that was on a Monday and the fries are free on Mondays.
