I've been here 2 times, both times I asked questions and they spoke to me like I should know the answers because I look very indian like. However I grew up here in America an at a very young age I came from the west indies, so I do not know much. My parents are elderly and did not teach me a lot while growing up about my culture. However my parents swear by how good this place is and the reviews are awesome. I will give it another chance. Maybe someone was having a bad day or not sure how to give the best customer service. That's why I rated them the way I did. Once I go in hopefully I will get a good person to help me when I ask my question. Then I will rate again. I feel everyone deserves...

Satis will rob you blind. Called in for Seven seas Cod liver and multivitamin oil, man that answered said they had that exact same brand/product. Went to margate only to find out it's some other brand cod liver oil. They are such liars. Wasting my money for some off brand, explaining to my mother that "they used to get the seven seas" brand but now they get some other brand. Why lie in the first place??? Because they're scammers. They want you in their store to buy something. I will never go back to...

This place has been here for some time. If my memory serves me right, since around 2005. You will get everything you need- from gilbaka, hassa, snapper to seasonings, to Chief curry powder, to Crix crackers, currants rolls & Tunnocks Caramel wafers, as well as different drinks- Solo Beverages, Carib Malta, coconut water and so on.
