Our 5+ year old mattress from a box started to sag. We decided to shop for a new mattress in person this time and visited Larry - what a great experience! He answered all of our questions and gave us all the time we needed. Larry is very friendly and we never felt any pressure. We ended up choosing a mattress and had it delivered. After about a month we decided we wanted one a bit firmer, so we went back and Larry helped us choose another one and processed the exchange with no questions asked!
