I love this store, but not the employee from customer service I was dealing with yesterday she was rude and didn't want to exchange my pants because I forgot my receipt I told her we could locate it by looking up my rewards number since it was a credit card charge But, she decided to say she couldn't so I asked her to hand me my pants back and she said no that she had to hold them because I didn't have a receipt so as soon as I asked for a manager she gave me my pants back and told me She wasn't going to exchange them for me so a young employee who heard everything offered to exchange them for me by looking up my phone number at the front register for an exchange same pant smaller size .. which took less then ...
