Love the store and it's products, but was embarrassed to pieces yesterday. One of the staff asked my 3 year old how she was, and my child began yelling at her about vampires and werewolves, which was embarrassing enough, when I apologized to the staff she said, "That's okay, she's just happy" and I thought, cool, she's going to be nice about it, until she went to the front and began loudly replicating the interaction with my 3 year old for all her coworkers. I could hear her all the way in the back of the store from the register. Should my child act like that, absolutely not, but she is three and we are working on it. What is the excuse for the staff? I could have died while I was checking out and noticed all the ladies behind the counter side eyeing me and my kid, but wouldn't actually look at us....

But there are new saddles on display as you walk in even though I don't own are ride a horse these things are works of art if you have ever poked a needle through a 1/4 inch of leather you can get a feel for what it takes to make them. There are hats and boots even the rare real deal ostrich and gator. Hats by Stetson and belts exc. O and western shirts of different design not racks of cookie cutter copy's of each other. Many years ago when daughter wore dresses I baught her some nice ones here but I didn't notice them but I bet that have them are can get them. I hated it when she quit waiting them I think pear pressure did it because she liked the way she was treated in them. Defenatly stop in here there are few stores like this...

When I first arrived within the first 5 minutes I had four different females asking if I needed help with anything, I told each of them that I was just looking, if I need any help I would let them know. After that, every 5 minutes a girl would ask if I need help. I was in there for 40 minutes trying on boots and things and was bothered by the employees asking me the same question no less than 30 times. I kid you not, 30 times. No exaggeration. It got to the point I didn't know if maybe they thought I was stealing or what, but they need to learn to ask once and then leave the customer alone, especially if they are told multiple times "if I need help I will...
