First and last time we try Panda Express!! The amount of food you get is ridiculous! The presentation is even more ridiculous! The one box was supposed to have three entrees and rice in it he didn't even eat half of it and said the crab rangoon didn't taste right. The one box that looks like scrap food that should have been thrown away is my $10 worth of fried rice and noodles shoved in one little box the height & width of a lighter. ridiculous!! $20 thank God not a penny More ($20 is a lot these days it's very reasonable for fast food for two people but if you can't eat it it's not worth it and it's not a bargain) and it's more in the garbage than our stomachs and literally looked like straight garbage before we tried to put it on a plate and eat it. I mean really does that block of noodle and rice look delicious to anyone that is the worst presentation I've ever seen in my entire life!! Just yuck complete waste!

Great location with easy access on and off route 13, plenty of parking, and handicap ♿️ friendly. The food was solid, it not excellent, and it's not terrible, it's fast food 🤷‍♂️. It's up there with the best in the fast food chain arena in my opinion. The honey walnut shrimp is the best item on the menu bar none. The black pepper Angus steak is pretty tasty as well. I prefer the white steamed rice, but my wife really likes the chow mein. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean 👌🏼. I hear the orange chicken amazing, but its like every time I go they are out lol 😆. I probably just need to order the orange chicken for pickup so I can update my review. Stay tuned.

I ordered the 3 item meal with fried rice double orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp and they really skimped out on the whole meal. I think for paying 9+ dollars for the meal I could have gotten a little bit more rice at the very least it's nothing like any of the panda express when I lived in California. COME ON PANDA DISH IT OUT A LIL MORE IM VERY DISAPPOINTED. IF IT WASNT SO FAR AWAY FROM MY HOUSE I WOULD GO BACK FOR MY MONEY BACK OR SOMETHING. All the panda express I've ever been to always pack it so much to where it almost don't close. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO PANDA!!!! I spent a little over 35 dollars here and it's like this.

This place needs to find help that are willing & aware of the restaurant business. The help staff is very unwilling to help satisfy customers. They were very SKIMPY on the entree. I ordered broccoli & beef w/ steamed white rice to go, with an egg role. Mind you this was at 3:00p on a Monday afternoon....not peak time. They did NOT have ANY egg rolls available & subtituted w/ crab rangoon, which was fine (I like them as well).....EXCEPT, the staff who prepared the order was evidently unaware of how to put the order together. They used, I would say a 6×6 styrofoam vessel to put the take out in. Now mind you, it was divided into 3 sections. 2 small sections at the top & 1 full section at the bottom. They put the entree in the top right corner, mostly broccoli (warm & mostly raw, not al-den-tay), maybe, a couple of slices of beef. The whole full bottom section was the rice. The upper left were 3 crab rangoon. I had 2 times MORE side (rice) than entree 😠, putting the crab rangoon in the same container as the entree & side, totally messed up the crab rangoon, this appetizer was suppose to be hot & crunchy, warm & soggy, which is exactly what happened putting it all together❗ VERY disappointed in staff & order preparation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!, at least NOT until they get some knowledgeable staff in there that knows how to put a meal together, whether it be to eat in, OR TAKE OUT.....

P.S. I would have put -0- stars as a review, but unfortunately, THAT, was...

The food here is great. The service during the order process is good but... what happened is no fault of Panda Express but what happened after is. Our family ordered in to take out. My wife whose glasses are transitions were still dark from entry. She left the building before me, and walked outside. The dark lenses, black concrete parking stop and it being in the shadow of the building with a bright overhead sun, she did not see the block and hit the concrete full steam with no time to brace. She could not get up for a full 10 minutes then was able to sit in a patio chair for another 10 minute before she could stand. Her knees took the full impact. A couple of great people gathered to help and offer assistance. Even though they had no customers at that time, not once did an employee of Panda Express bother to come out to see what happened, if we needed an ambulance or even to offer a glass of water. The front of the building is all glass by the way. They had to notice her on the ground if anybody glanced outside. Like i stated earlier, the food and service was good, what happened was no fault of Panda Express but i feel customer care could extend beyond the ordering process. A simple.."are you ok" would...

It is a drive thru Chinese place .... The noodles were obviously rushed and under done .... The food was very basic in flavor ... Not exiting to eat ... But it was food ... Had plunty of it to eat ... But for almost 30 bucks for 3 people ... I think we could of had a much tastier meal across the street at a buffet for the same price ... They did however allow.us to sample.anytjing and everything before we bought our meal and insisted we try it all .... So by the time we made our choices we were already no longer starving ... To be fair i didnt dislike.my choices ... Just that they wete underwelming as far as the overall flavor profile being anything more than your basic version of something ... They certainly made the food to fit almost any pallet because it certainly wasnt exploding eith flavor .... But it was a decent meal ... I say middle.of the road ... I give it 3 out of 5 stars because i can imagine it being better ... Or at the very least cheaper for...
