I brought my phone in on July 26 to have my screen repaired and battery checked out after my phone got ran over by a car and was not charging properly . I told them it wouldn't charge and to please check the battery. I called July 28 and asked if the phone would be done soon and to please give me updates on the status of the phone. They told me they ordered a screen and were waiting for it to come in. I kept calling every other day because they did not send updates. On August 3rd I called and asked if the screen had come in and they said no, I said I was going to come pick up my phone because I have no way of contacting literally anyone because I am not from the area. 20 minutes after this call they said they found the screen and would start repairing now. I came in later that day and picked up my phone after the repair. I brought it home and it wouldn't charge. My phone would only charge while plugged into a portable charger. This sounds like a lie, but I swear to god it only worked while plugged into the portable charger. Once it turned on, I had a warning that I did not have a genuine apple screen in my phone. I brought my phone back two days later and explained all these problems. The man running the store proceeded to plug and unplug my phone and told me that it worked on his charger. I had checked multiple chargers before hand and it did not work at all. My phone was also overheating when he handed it back to me. OBVIOUSLY THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE BATTERY. As I had mentioned when I brought my phone in on July 26. Now two weeks later I am having to tell him the exact thing I said when I dropped my phone off. He told me I could bring my phone back in on Tuesday because they only work on phones on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Which they did not tell me when I dropped off my phone on July 26th and would have helped me gauge how long the repair process would have taken. So in short, they had my phone for two weeks and only fixed the screen with a non...
Read moreI brought my laptop to PC medic two weeks ago and they told me it would be done by the end of the first week if not sooner…Two weeks went by, didn’t hear a thing from them. Finally called and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and did not even pretend to have customer service skills. He told me that it wasn’t done yet and he couldn’t do a thing about it. I’m currently in the process of trying to find a full time job so I am in need of using my computer to apply online at businesses and organizations, it is quite frustrating to not have a working computer. I stopped in there just now and the lady behind the counter was very rude as well. She told me that her tech is out sick and that’s why my computer has not been looked at. I asked if she knew if there was a general timeline to when it could be worked on and she just repeated herself saying that her tech was out sick. I kindly asked her to please hand me my computer as I am in need of it actually getting fixed. Definitely will not be bringing in any technology to get fixed in the future. If their tech was out, they should have informed me way earlier instead of me waiting two weeks for nothing. Extremely bitter customer service, would not recommend to anyone unless they would like to be intentionally angered. Very cute dog though! Nothing bad to say about the sweet old dog that greeted me by the door. If only his owners...
Read moreBrought in an older model iPad that had some issues with the power button assembly. The gentleman who helped me told me the process - he would need to take the screen off, replace the assembly, and put it back together. Told me it would take a couple of days and "cost a few bucks" after parts (about $15 for the assembly parts). After over a week they finally called to say it was done, and all it was was a broken screen protector. I reminded them of why I brought it in and was told they had forgotten, and would get right on it. A few days later I called again to check on it, and he told me "yeah, we called to say it was done...". They had forgotten yet again. Today I finally picked it up, and the charge was $65...I can almost buy a refurbished newer model at that price. This place is a disorganized rip off. Beware.
Update: Got the iPad home and the touch screen no longer works. Tried to call to get this resolved, and left a message. After that, every call I made was answered and then hung up. You can see the response from the owner. Make your own assessment as to the...
