After being told by 3 different computer repair stores that there was nothing they could do to recover the incredibly important files from our old school MacBook, The Computer Doctor returned our frantic voicemail even though he was closed that day, took in the computer on a holiday weekend, and optimistically assured us he would do everything he could to save our files. He then worked very quickly to recover our files, calling us to provide regular updates as he had them. In the end, he recovered EVERY FILE from our computer, which we were sure was impossible from the other conversations we had.

This place does excellent work. My Lenovo laptop had gotten horribly slow. Tom called me back promptly after I left a message. After dropping it off, Tom looked at it and called me back within a few hours. He explained the problem in a detailed, yet understandable way and offered up a few solutions. The guys over at the computer doctor were very friendly and helpful! I brought my computer in for water damage which unfortunately fried my RAM and motherboard so wasn’t worth repairing, but I so appreciated the communication and honesty around whether it was worth the money to replace it as well as them not charging me for working on it as my computer was a loss.
