KFC — Restaurant in Marquette

I am leaving a new, updated review since my first one was over 7 years old. I kind of got a shock tonight. I placed an order for delivery; did NOT know they use Door Dash. When I left a tip it was on the smaller side because I was being charged $5.95 shipping fee already. I have Dash Pass so I wouldn't have had to pay that $5.95 fee... it would have been more like $1 something. Anyway, I got confirmation they got my order, that it was accepted and it would arrive in 28 mins. that time can and went. Finally, 45 mins after order was placed, I decided I contact support, and it is KFC online chat support. I asked them to find out what is going on with the order, they checked and told me ohhh, they did not find a delivery person yet. I said, well, if they cannot get a delivery person then maybe it is better to just cancel the order. They tell me .... Well, if they cancel the order which they can do, they cannot refund me though since KFC already made my order. My order has been sitting for well over 30 mins at KFC, they offered deliver service which they charged me for but cannot provide the delivery person. I said wait a min... if that is the case then you guys better get a driver to deliver my order and now because that kind of food cannot be left sitting that long by health code regulations. So, they come back and say well give them a little longer and if they cannot get a delivery person then they will refund me. I was going to just stay on the chat support window but then they tell me, goodbye for now and leave the chat. So will I get my food in the next 15 mins that will be an hour old by then or will they refund me?! UPDATE: My order arrived 2 mins ago. So, order was placed at 6:58pm and delivered at 8:19pm. My advice, just order directly thru Door Dash if you need your food delivered to you. Do NOT go thru the KFC website for it. This is by far my least favorite KFC. KFC is by far my most favorite fast food chain, but for some reason the Marquette store tastes just a tad different than all the others. Not enough to stop me from visiting when I have a hankering for the good ol' "Finger Lickin Good," so that should tell you how much different it is. One thing I would do to help draw in business is REMODEL! The building is sorely outdated, which tends to make it appear dirty and unkept. For the most part they make do, but there's only so much you can do to polish a turd right? The counter employees have always been warm and friendly, but their management could use a little people skills. One time I brought back half raw biscuits to exchange them, only to be told they were cooked with several others that had not been complained about, so there's no way they could be undercooked. Let me tell you, they were! Nobody wants to return, exchange or complain about food for the heck of it. If I drove 15 miles to exchange some biscuits , you can trust they weren't up to par. What ever happened to "The customer's always right?" I boycotted it for a while after that, but that dang old hankerin' gets...

The wrong name is being offered on top of this review. So we Stopped by to pick up supper. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get the order and then finally got it home and no biscuits or cornbread. I get charged an arm and a leg for a chicken dinner 12 piece meal and no biscuits and then I tried calling, and the mailbox is full. You can’t even leave a message! Just a real shoddy experience not to mention I was almost over charged if I hadn’t caught it when I ordered the meal!!! They were running out of everything. There was a lady waiting there longer than me for all dark meat. And I had ordered mac & cheese to go with our meal and after 15 minutes of waiting they came out and said that they were out of mac & cheese, and would I like a different side. Going there on a Sunday afternoon is not a good idea if you want to eat and get what you pay for Not to mention, they always put the coleslaw on the bottom of the bag with all the hot food on...
