Empire Furniture Rental has been such a great decision for our furniture rental needs. Their great selection of furniture, their fair prices, their deliveries, their business is great but what stands out the best and the brightest are two things: their fairness in policy and especially, most of all, their people. I'm telling you now the people on their team in that company are the best of the best! They really have a great thing going and their people was what made me enjoy our furniture rental experience the most. Stacey was always so very kind, helpful, personal, available, patient, and delightful to work with and she set up everything we needed everytime I called or emailed or needed anything. She was patient when we needed to make changes and fixes and she was always a great pleasure to work with. Angelo, Ed, Dan, Chad, Brian, and everyone else I interacted with (I'm very, very sorry if I left off your name by accident; every single person that I worked with from Empire was outstanding) are all great men who I tremendously enjoyed getting to know when they would visit and these guys work very hard, are so personable, so delightful to work with, and so great to get to know. We always had such a great time they would come. I always looked forward to seeing them each time. Again, the people of Empire Furniture Rental are the absolute best part and may God Himself bless this company and the people that work in it! I cannot tell you all enough how much I enjoy the people of Empire! It sounds and looks very much from the outside that Mr. Brian, who I enjoyed talking with on the phone, has a great thing going and that thing is full of the grace of God, especially the people. Speaking of God, I do want to mention the policies are super fair and they have integrity. When we had something happen with our furniture, they responded with so much integrity and standing behind their honest and upright policies. It was so wonderful to witness such a thing happen. Wow! Wow! I've been a customer with Empire since 2017 and I can definitely say that they are truly the best and very reliable. Stacey is also warm and knowledgeable about their inventory and this is the best place I have come across in St. Louis to either rent quality furniture at a great price or to purchase furniture that is used. They keep their rental inventory in great condition and perform touchups when needed and their used inventory for resale is almost as good as new too. It doesn't feel like they are trying to sell you something when you come in unlike other places and their show floor speaks for itself. Additionally, their delivery fees are unparalleled as they have great relationships with local moving companies so most of the time you will pay $50-$100 to have 5-9 pieces of furniture delivered which is definitely a bargain. The big box retailers typically charge 4x what Empire charges for delivery and it leaves me scratching my head.

One thing I would recommend is for Empire to possibly look into 6-month financing options for customers like other places provide but it's likely this isn't necessary since the furniture is already at a great price and very affordable, but it could help out customers and Empire would still get paid and also possibly capture an additional loan spread for helping originate the loan making it an even bigger business! I am very pleased at the quality of the furniture and customer service and will for sure come back in the future if I need any other great furniture at truly unbeatable prices! Be extra careful when ordering from this company. I wouldn't recommend leaving their crew unattended as they will steal from you as they did us. They will also bring furniture into your house that they will have to put together, although they wont use tools to tighten the screws and bolts, leaving you with very loose furniture. Sitting on loose chairs and eating off tables that shake all around while your trying to eat is not the best experience. We immediately addressed Homelink of the issue. They asked for pictures of the problems which we provided and said they would look into the matter. Nothing was ever done. eventually the chairs, tables, even bed frames fell apart causing injuries to our family. We eventually tried putting the furniture together the correct way but had no luck considering all the bolt and screw holes were stripped out from being so loose for so long. The crew they sent stole our brand new 65" tv we had just purchased and took it straight to their own house instead of reporting it to the company. We are now having to take legal action to get our property replaced since nobody was to admit fault. I would not recommend this...
