Bartender was lacking personality.only 5 sets of guests we were the fith.one table walked out complained the order of a hot dog had been over 30 minutes.i did notice it was the only order needing to be cooked.we did not order food and 3 tables were already finishing up.i decided to not order due to how long their food took..we sat at the bar only customers at the bar 2 tables finished eating one walked out .not busy at all could not get noticed by the bartender.had to get up from the bar to fill my cup of coffee my friend never got a second beer .though the bartender was behind the bar frequently we were not acknowledged .blatantly ignored .we decided to go to the casino and eat and gamble.as even playing pulltabs was a hardship.we were only attended to twice over an extended period of time.we brought in 300.00 to play tabs and eat.we left after only playing 40.00 in pulltabs .we only got 1 coffee 1 beer and only 40.00 play of pull tabs service was so bad we figured it would take extreme amount of time to cash out so we left money on the bar top.oh I must not forget the poor customer who came in and asked if they were serving breakfast.the bartender firmly pounded the fruit caddy with her index finger and in a very rude voice said" what do you think this is the buzz inn? She then pointed her finger south and said the buzz in is down that way. Worst service not just for us but also the other...

If I could give zero stars … I would. My husband and I have been here twice… the first time the food was awful… just dried out and not good. But we came back a second time cause we thought maybe it was cause we went in a little late…. And maybe it would be better. Well it wasn’t. Our waitress (who I now found out is the owner, ) was terrible. Just awful customer service . The sandwich was so dry so we asked for auju sauce to make it less dry, (she never apologized and charged up for the sauce 😂) never refilled our drinks once. We waited for our check for an hour. Finally went up to the bar to pay and still stood there for another 30 min. Another customer yelled at her who was also waiting long, saying how she was unprofessional and never acknowledged them either. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The young bartender was very unprofessional and rude. I paid $7 to put credits onto the TouchTunes jukebox, waited patiently while playing pool with some friends for our songs to come on, then as soon as our songs started playing, she would press “skip” on the remote!! THREE times in a row! Why?? Because it was country music? and she wanted to hear her rap songs?? I am super eclectic in my taste of music- I like rap too, but it’s really about the principle of the thing… When I went up to the bar to ask what that was all about, she barely made eye contact, and was pretty much just dismissive, with an insincere sounding, “sorry” (not sorry).
