Hey Dude at Seattle Premium Outlets — Local services in Marysville

Update: we have since came back and management has changed service quality issues. I have taken my review up to a 4 to reflect this.

I love hey dude shoes. However the customer service at this location needs to improve. Unfortunately even reaching out to customer service they are unable to resolve an issue. Hopefully by posting this review it can at least prevent future customers from issues. They did not give me the advertised $15 off $75 purchase if signed up for text in store. I showed the confirmation message and they “applied it” but nothing came off the price. Additionally they also advertise a 20% off military discount. They show it on the receipt but again nothing was discounted. Clearance items were advertised as 60% off not “up to” 60% off. I was charged the listed price which was not 60% off. Lastly I purchased two hoodies which were buy one get one 50% off but the second hoodie was 45% off. What should have been a total of $165 dollars pre tax wound being $225 and the employees at check out were just dazed and confused. No unprofessionalism, just more so not trained. It’s unfortunate because it doesn’t appear to be any resolution. Store was clean and the man working there was super helpful. He went above and beyond to bring me sizes and various colors of the style I was looking for. Hey Dude shoes are my new favorite for sure.
