Beware of this location. We live in the area and had frequented this location multiple times before the pandemic. The pizza was always good, so we recently decided to order delivery online. We ordered two pizzas and a salad. Because of pregnancy, I requested no gorgonzola in the salad. The entire order took half an hour to make and deliver which was fine. But when we got the delivery, I found gorgonzola permeating the entire salad, making it inedible. So we called them hoping we could fix this error somehow. We got an extremely condescending customer rep on the phone who told us that we couldn't customize a special offer item, and that they have notification of that terms and conditions all over their website. Because we ordered directly from their main website instead of this particular location's website, we did not get any of the notification that she mentioned- the notification is also missing from the order menu as well, which is a huge oversight on their part (funny that she didn't even know they had a main website, and just assumed that their store location website IS the main website). She then said that all their customers should already know about the terms and conditions because they have this offer all the time, as if we're supposed to be clairvoyant or something.

Since she refused to fix my order, I told her I wasn't paying $6 for a salad I couldn't eat. Instead of reimbursing me like a good business would, she had the nerve to say that it's illegal not to pay. We then kept trying to resolve the mix-up with their websites, but she abruptly ended the call and hung up! I've worked in the customer service industry before and also been a customer all my life, and this was the WORST customer dispute resolution I've ever seen. This entire debacle could've also been avoided if they hadn't been too lazy to call me for clarification before fulfilling my order, instead of ignoring my special instruction and giving something I can't eat. They've lost a local as a customer forever, so congrats to them. Conclusion: Stay away from Mod Pizza. Even Pizza Hut and Dominos aren't...

I'm beyond frustrated with this location. I've never had an issue with other locations but I have gotten salads with rotten greens REPEATEDLY here. As in, every single time I come here I have to pick out from a few pieces up to half of the greens. Today was the last straw for me. I threw my back out so my husband offered to get MOD so that I didn't have to cook tonight. We did a pick up so it wasn't caught in store otherwise I would have had it remade. I got a salad with arugula and mixed greens and when I went to eat it I saw that all of the arugula (which was a fist full at the very bottom of the bowl so I could see it all) was rotten. Not a little bruised, but black/brown slimy smelly rotten. There was also a good puddle of water at the bottom of the bowl (not sure what that was from since none of my toppings were wet enough to have dripped and I got the dressing on the side). I was so grossed out. I ate a little off the top and it was when I went back for more because I hadn't gotten any arugula that I saw that it was rotten. I was so grossed out that I tossed it all out after that. I will not be coming back again. It is very rare that we eat out because we can't afford it and then to have it be rotten..it is so disheartening to throw money...

Today my mother and I decided to try Mod Pizza for lunch to see what all the fuss was about. We went to the local Mod Pizza here in Marysville off of State Ave & 4th street, they share the same parking lot as Albertsons and Dairy Queen. I would like to add that there is TONS of parking here, love that! This MOD PIZZA is located in a BRAND NEW building, the modern look of the new building, the clean grounds around the building brings a bright new look to that area of Marysville. I would just like to say it was by far the BEST PIZZA I have had in Marysville. The fresh toppings, the thin crust, the fast service and amazingly clean and organized restaurant was great. For a chain fast food casual pizza restaurant this blew my expectations away, it was FABULOUS! The atmosphere is young, hip, cool and modern, yes I said modern the employees are fun and seem to work well as a team, this is a place to take the family or run in for a quick bite to eat on your lunch break. NOTE: Responding to a previous review. This is wood fired pizza, the crust is supposed to get crisp on the outside and light and tender inside with a flavor that only wood fire can create, it adds flavor and it’s...

We decided to eat at Mod Pizza today, considering we’ve had amazing experiences at other locations. This time our experience was anything but nice. They asked for our pizza sizes (we ordered one mini and one mega mod size). We received one correct and the other was a mod size. We went up to pick up our food because our name was called. The lady with rainbow hair then says “didn’t you have a mini and a mega?” i said “yes i did” and she answers with an attitude saying “Well I guess you get a free upgrade.” Okay?? How is it our fault that YOUR kitchen messed up OUR order. It clearly says here on the sheet that we ordered a mini. Not only that, but they had also forgotten one of our salads and didn’t realize because they were in such a rush. Overall the attitude of the workers and the environment was NOT it. She gave the same attitude and messed up the order of another girl that was behind us in line, so we know it wasn’t just a problem with us.

Ordered carry-out 30 min before closing, I left a $20 tip (50% tip) for two pizzas and a salad that took like 5 minutes. Clearly nobody wanted to be there, they made the salad wrong, were very short, and just made sloppy pizzas. I don't need a huge reaction for a good tip but a nod or a thank you would be cool. I'd only ever come back for lunch, much better quality at lunch time. I've previously worked closing shifts at pizza places for 7 years of my life that were much busier. I get it.... one time I started closing early and someone came in late 2 min before closing.. I pulled out all the ingredients from the walk-in and made a solid pizza. I had to re-clean everything. Sure it wasn't awesome but I didn't just slop together a pizza and throw it around. My feelings aren't my customers problem.

I ordered a customized mini pizza (chicken) here. I was able to choose my own toppings, just as one would be able to choose his/her own toppings at a Subway. This isn’t a restaurant with a service; it’s more of a Subway for pizzas, with better ambience and more space. You may dine in or take out. All toppings, including the different chicken variations (plain, spicy, sausage, etc.), were incredibly fresh. The thin crust amplifies the overall flavor of the toppings, and the mini meal is low on calories and high on protein. I thought my mini pizza, served right out of the pan and hot, was absolutely delicious and satisfying. If you are really hungry, though, go with a larger size. For just under $9, my meal was total value for money. The place is strongly recommended.
