I visited the store Jan-7 around 3 pm First impression they had good selection of products with reasonable price point I asked the cash register person ( he was older guy , tall) where are the Pinot Noir wines , he gave me an ugly look , why i am asking meanwhile there was along lady sales person can she was super nice and helped to pick up what i was looking for when i went to cash register , i had 9 bottles of wine two bottles of bourbon i ask the same old (nasty guy) may i have a box he was very angry why i am asking for the box, he asked me to count the bottles, as i was doing it , he keep repeating with angry voice how many bottles i have i asked him what was his name, he said he has NO Name and doesn't want to talk to customers

I would never shop there again..... this guy should be fired , he was rude, angry and unpleasant person

My wife and I used to go here all the time until the pandemic started and the staff refused to wear masks. I walked by last week and some of the employees were wearing masks, the two owners were not, but were walking around the store near customers and other employees. I drove to Andy's Market where everyone had masks on. In April one of the owners walked right up close to my wife while not wearing a mask. My wife who was wearing one, backed up horrified. Naukabout Brewery, Kappy's in Falmouth and Cotuit Liquors in Marstons Mills are also following Governor Baker's order and are better choices if you value your health. I go there because it's local but every time I do no matter how Kind I am, there extremely rude I've met one girl who wasn't rude. & a helpful kid offered to assist me with my redemptions. But Im uncomfortable every time I walk in, the last time I was in there the old grumpy man yelled at me for nothing, and another man over charged me, he wasn't going to mention it until I did! They need new management. Or maybe just some customer service and...
