The UPS Store — Local services in Mashpee

UPDATE: I looked through the many reviews here after I posted mine and it’s pretty evident there are serious customer service problems at this store. Lots of “sorry about that” responses from the owner and UPS but nothing seems to be done. Pretty pathetic and just more support for my review.

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would!! What an incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful bunch of employees. Including the management! The Gen Z staff are incredibly rude and LAZY. Gonna be a wakeup call for that generation in the future for sure. 🙄 No greetings ever! Throwing packages around! Huffing and puffing cuz they might have to actually DO something. I’d rate no stars, but not an option. My wife recently sent some packages to me in Austin, TX. She didn’t review the receipt after paying, but thought the price was high but was rushed. When she got home she saw they had measured a 20” box at approx. 60” long. When she called she was told to come in and the manager would assist. She went the next day and the manager was no help. Less than concerned for a customer complaint is putting it mildly. Just kept repeating there’s nothing she can do. Didn’t take the time or show concern for the issue. A total that should have been about $60 was $160. We won’t use them again and filing a complaint with UPS corporate. May not go anywhere, but this type of service is...

I got to the Mashpee store at 7:55 and waited patiently. The girl came promptly at 8:00 and began to unlock the door using a cranking device which she seemed to struggle with. She walk away abruptly which i took to mean she was having issues with the lock so i waited. She was at the register and looked back at me raising her arms as if to say, "well why are you standing there". Once inside i told her i thought she was having trouble with the lock which was why i waited. She couldn't open the door and say hello once it was unlocked???
