UPDATE: I looked through the many reviews here after I posted mine and itās pretty evident there are serious customer service problems at this store. Lots of āsorry about thatā responses from the owner and UPS but nothing seems to be done. Pretty pathetic and just more support for my review.
If I could give this store ZERO stars I would!! What an incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful bunch of employees. Including the management! The Gen Z staff are incredibly rude and LAZY. Gonna be a wakeup call for that generation in the future for sure. š No greetings ever! Throwing packages around! Huffing and puffing cuz they might have to actually DO something. She didnāt review the receipt after paying, but thought the price was high but was rushed. When she got home she saw they had measured a 20ā box at approx. 60ā long. When she called she was told to come in and the manager would assist. She went the next day and the manager was no help. Less than concerned for a customer complaint is putting it mildly. Just kept repeating thereās nothing she can do. Didnāt take the time or show concern for the issue. A total that should have been about $60 was $160.
