Answering the ownerâs comments regarding my review: so, letâs say that Moxie is all about their business and not about the client or customer service! A good customer service is not only when the client is purchasing and spending money at the store but the after-sales when we have minor issues such as this one - this is the moment where the client gets to experience the customer service offered by the business.
Nobody even asked me if I knew the return policy - usually places offer 30 days to return, and I had it in mind. Otherwise I would not have waited over the 14 days time frame. I really did not know. and this is not my profile of client.
As I said, Iâve been shopping at Moxie for over two years and have never returned anything. Not only did I not know about the 14 days, but I also expected some respect regarding the fact that, no, I did not want a store credit. I felt forced to keep my money at the business, and this is not a good thing to experience.
I really don't feel Moxie cares about one client being upset. Very disappointed. It's all.

For the past year, I spent over 1,500$ in medium and small purchases - my house has so many items from Moxie, and today for the very first time, I needed to return a simple bracelet that costs $36 - it has its tag on it, and it is inside the same bag it came in - the purchase happened maybe 20..25 days ago. Still, unfortunately, my cleaning team tossed the receipt. Guess what .. my only option for return was store credit. Multiple excuses why they could not do it and how the cashier did not know how to do this operation. I simply left the store after showing my bank statement to them and because I had to replace my card after losing It - and its number now is different from whatever they have in their system - the return could not be processed. I showed up 10 mins to closing time, but was treated marvelously and did not feel rushed to shop. I did in fact feel rather guilty but the southern hospitality was REAL at Moxie.
