The team is knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to understand what I needed rather than just trying to make a sale. They made the entire process of upgrading my plan and purchasing new devices easy and seamless. The manager was actively involved, ensuring everything was going smoothly and even stepping in to provide additional assistance when needed. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their main goal.
