I usually never give a review. I went in around 1 oclock with my family and I got a bag of candy and 2 candles I went to the register to the lady and she first off was yelling to get people to the register which is completely fine but how she treated me was very rude I have a disability and I can’t count very well thinking I got 15 but she dumped all the candy and counted it for me which I said sorry and she told me count before hand to not waste there time and after me paying still! Another customer went up and she was talking bad about me when I was right next to her waiting on my sister saying how I thought I got 15 pieces but I got 53 and was being very rude talking crap about me to the customer and I work in customer service and I know you don’t do that. Five Below has officially lost its mind. Not only do they expect you to check yourself out now (because apparently paying customers are also employees?), but you have to pay for your own bags too! One of the cashiers constantly uses profanity in front of the customers. The store manager is nowhere to be found.
