Akina Tours & Transportation — Local services in Maui

I will start by saying Akina Tours delivered what they promised: 3 vehicles to transport my friends and family to our wedding ceremony. I have them 2 stars because the day before the wedding we realized we only needed 1 bus. I asked the company to cancel one of the busses and adjust the invoice. They declined and held me to my contract with 30 days notice.

In a world where all business are focusing on their culture and values, I felt that the company only cared about the money. On the eve of my wedding, it would have meant a lot to me for them to work with me and refine the transportation arrangements.

Akina was incredibly easy to work with an dit was very easy to book a tour bus from them. What we really need to give a shout-out to are their bus drivers - our venue was nestled in some fairly narrow roads nearby Sugar Beach and they expertly brought the 45-foot coach bus we rented right at the front of our venue and right back out. The company has been around for about a 100 years and their professionalism and care for their customers show why they're still around. Wonderful people...
