This is the little park, only big enough for ten cars- not Kalama park as some seem to be getting confused with. This little park is wonderful for sunsets and fishing - at least until the locals bullied us out of the park. There are five fishing rod holders off the fence by the water. The big shops wouldn’t rent to us for only an hour, but Aloha Surf (they have a big truck parked in the very southern tip of the lot for Kamala Beach) let us take two boards out with booties and rash guards for $20. While we were out there a turtle swam two feet away from me!! It was so cool. We also saw a cool looking eel! Anyways, perfect way to spend a couple hours in...
