The Birdstand — Attraction in Maui

This was such a fun experience! It is located on the corner of Front Street and Papelekane Street they have a little set up for taking pictures with all different types of Parrots. My Fiancé and I got to take our picture with 5 birds! Barrie was such a fun Bird handler and was so knowledgeable about the birds! It was $40 for the two of us to take pictures with the birds and we got 2-5x7 photos that the bird stand mailed to our home address. (It was basically $20 for each of us to pay to each get a picture and a great memory!) Definitely would recommend doing this with your family or...

My family has had maybe 10-12 sessions with this photographer. We have always had wonderful experiences with lots of smiles and gorgeous pictures that bring us back to our time together on the island. The photographers are so good with the parrots, the patrons and the actual taking of the pictures. They make it look so easy but it isn’t! They are a pleasure to watch and to work with! A big MAHALO for working with the public for all these years! You are special people for working with your beautiful birds...

First and second time we came looking for the bird stand (around 4 and 5 pm) everyone was already gone. Third time we came early, and we finally got to meet the birds, one of their trainers, and get some pictures taken.
