BEST wings on Maui. I eat here a few times per week after work when I want something fast and delicious. My favorite food truck at the Gardens.

Service is top notch, true Aloha spirit from all the staff, always greeted with a smile even when they're very busy! Food is VERY consistent, never undercooked like you find at a lot of other trucks. Food never gets boring as they often experiment with their "specials" that are always something new and off the traditional menu (you'll see a small whiteboard to the right of the window with the special written out for the night if they are running any, easy to miss but always worth asking if you don't see anything written out). The atmosphere is perfect at night with live music (most nights) and beautifully scenic landscaping and ambient string lights across the entire sitting area.

If you're only visiting and trying for the first time I strongly recommend these must haves -

Smash burger (best on the island) with sugar fries Boneless wings Sauces: sweet/honey bbq or the parmesan garlic are my favorites Hurricane fries (they have their own twist on them from others you find on the island but I love them!) Bbq bacon quesadilla Frozen lava flow drink

If you don't like thick sauces on wings, they will also cook boneless wings with no sauce which match perfectly with ranch. When Im craving "dry" wings this is my go to order.

I don’t normally write reviews for restaurants, but this hot wing food truck is a perfect example of a perfect food business and something that could work in any town that has food trucks. The food was so good. I ordered 12 wings half scorpion hot and half lemon pepper with extra sauce so the hot sauce mixed into my lemon pepper wings (maybe a problem for some people) and I loved it so much I started mixing all the lemon wings in the hot sauce. They also gave us lemons to squeeze over the lemon pepper wings. Back home I always add lemon juice to my wings regardless the flavor because the acid breaks down the skin and seeps into the meat. I also got a few chicken tenders to try them out and dipped into the garlic buffalo and Korean bbq sauces 👌. They were great too, but I’ll be coming back for the wings!

EDIT: I went back and tried the dirty bird wings. They are definitely fire, but amazingly all my friends wanted the 6 scorpion wings so next time I’m getting scorpion/lemon pepper...
